Pepi and Demetris are wonderfully kind and friendly. The apartment is super clean, comfy, and modern. It’s 10-min or less walk to the water, shops, and good restaurants. We would definitely stay again.

Pepi was so kind and accommodating! She met us at the properly even though it was 930pm. She gave us great advice about what to do. The place is the perfect size for a couple of single person, everything is new and works perfectly. We didn’t have any troubles at all. Highly recommend staying at Pepi’s if you go to Artemida! There is some faint noise at night of parties but you will get that anywhere you go and it’s very faint here. Shouldn’t put you off staying at Pepi’s!!

The only thing to note is the room is quite bright in the morning, even thought windows and doors had roller shutters. There is a glass wall behind the bed and quite a bit of light comes through there. It did not bother us but if you are someone that like a dark room, one thing to consider.

Perfect place for a stop over in Athens but so nice I would have liked to stay there more. We had an amazing experience at Pepi's room. We organised the transfer from and to the airport and it was the best thing we did. We were met at the airport gate and taken to this beautifully presented unit. Brand new and it had everything you need. From comfort bed to welcome snacks and continental breakfast, we could not have asked for more. We would definitely stay again.

The apartment was fantastic. Fresh renovation, great location a couple of minutes from the sea, everything you need for the most comfortable stay. Welcoming things were a nice touch :) And the proposed transfer from the airport was a godsend.

We were comfortable with everything, except sleeping pillows but it can be personal habit.

We have spent a week in this nice appartement which is situated in a very calm steet. Both beaches in the town are approximately 10 minutes of slow walk. The room is nicely furnished and have very beautiful terrace with long chairs on which you may taken a Sun baths all day long in a perfect intimacy of pine trees. There are visible neibhours in thé housses close to the appartement but it is absolutely fine. The appartement has a TV, internet connections and what IS most important very good climatisation system. Thé kitchen is small but you have everything you need! The host, Pepi, is very nice and friendly lady which helps you with all your questions and advice, if any! On the arrival day fresh fruits and refreshments were waiting for us. Linen us New and tidy! The asked for airport transfer and were provided it with a very interesting rate, thank you our driver Dimitris ! We were happy with our stay and quality of service and will certainly advice to chose this appartement for your holidays.

The property was clean, beautifully decorated and the host was amazing! Pepi was a great host with lots of recommendations. She was so kind and even helped us out in a bit of a bind! They also went above and beyond expected amenities with some beautiful homemade wine spirit and breakfast foods provided!

Pepi and her Husband are great hosts. Everything was super clean and the apartment is brand new. They are very friendly hosts and took lovely care of me. Also transfer at any time to and from the airport was available. 100% recommended!

The room was beautiful with a huge balcony and very close to the beach. Lots of restaurants and bars a short walk away. Pepi was lovely and arranged for me to be picked up from the airport in the early hours of the morning. She even stocked the fridge up with water and fruit. It’s a perfect hotel and I would love to stay here again. 10/10

The apartment was newly built, very clean with modern security and facilities, more than i expected for the price. It has a private terrace but is also located within walking distance from the beach and 10 minutes from the airport. The host was very accommodating with my arrival and departure times, and even offered a lift to the airport.
