Everything was amazing!!

Such an incredible apartment! Absolutely loved my stay here. The hosts were great and so helpful and kind. The apartment is beautiful. Spotless clean, has the nicest decor and everything you could need. Such a thoughtful touch with snacks and drinks in the fridge on your arrival and a Nespresso machine. Only a short walk to the main town and an awesome pool with barely anyone else around. Could not recommend it enough I was sad to leave!!

Fantastic set of 4 individually contained apartments. We had a fully equipped kitchen including washing machine. Rooms were clean and in excellent condition. Rooms were cleaned and new bedding/towels changed every 3 days. Bins were emptied daily. Pool area is nice and clean with sun beds/ umbrellas around the pool. The hosts were fantastic, we were met on arrival and shown around, and they were always available by WhatsApp if we needed anything during our stay. The apartments are perfectly placed, a 5 min walk to all the restaurants of Tsilivi.

Excellent host, very friendly and attentive, greeted us upon arrival. Fridge and cupboards was stocked with abundance of supplies. Place is recently renovated and well maintained, only short walk from the town. We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely visit again.

The host and the location are one of the kind. The welcoming (cold drinks, breakfast in the fridge, sightseeing and resto tips) was very special. Me as experienced tarveller with a certain standard ( cleaning, orga, decoration, -wise) felt every singel minute home with the pleasure of that someone is looking after my needs. I got deep down relaxed home bc the accomodation and the orga from Christina and John were to the point! Thank you very very much! I will come def back!!!!

Nothing at all. But - definitely hire a car to get around the island. There are much better places to go than Tivlisi. Tivlisi wasn’t our taste but there were some good restaurants and the hotel bars on the beach front were better than those in the town centre. Depends what you are coming for!

The apartments are exceptionally clean and well equipped. The owner’s hospitality is wonderful with lots of extra touches to make you feel welcome and to help including some snacks, drinks and breakfast items to help you out. I can’t thank them enough for their friendly approach to guests, especially as this is their first time running holiday homes. Zakynthos town was 10 minutes drive and much more traditionally Greek than Tivlisi with many more side street bars and restaurants to explore.

Liked everything!

It was brilliant, everything you needed was there, the hosts had even stocked up the fridge with drinks and snacks for our arrival. The room was so clean and fresh and authentic. Loads of fresh towels, brilliant air con, and the hosts John and Christina couldn’t do enough to help.

There is some traffic noise from the road when you’re in the pool but can’t hear it from inside the apartment.

The apartment was perfect!

Beautiful apartment! We had a great trip. Even though the island was very quiet and mostly still closed for the season the lovely clean apartment was a great place to be. The pool was lovely and we even managed a swim. The apartments are well equipped, spacious and beautifully finished. The apartments are a 10 minute walk from the town with many restaurants and also walking distance to the beach. The family who own the apartments were wonderful hosts, providing lots of snacks and allowing us to check out later due to our late flight. We have stayed in many AirBnbs and apartments over the years and this was by far the nicest. We appreciate the Netflix on the TV too :D

Beautiful experience, amazing stay and highly recommended If you are looking for a hospitality at its best then you found your spot in Zante - Peratzada is the place to be! We were welcomed with so much love and through out our stay of 10 nights we experienced a warmhearted and beautiful family who made our stay more than beautiful. It started even before we arrived at Peratzada. Our communication with Stephie (one of the owners) was perfect. Her responses to any question where quick and helpful. And the communication continued to be very smooth during our whole stay. The Peratzada family went beyond and above with their hospitality. It started by the way they welcomed us and till the end of our stay we where surprised and blown away with their actions. One of the highlights was to help us organize a lil birthday surprise for the birthday girl. Also any recommendation we got from Stephie (Beaches/ Restaurants/ bars) were amazing! When we booked the accommodation we didn't know what to expect due to no reviews on booking. And we were grateful we still booked it. The reason for the rare reviews is that Peratzada just freshly opened up their doors a month ago. Our room in real even exceeded the beautiful pictures. You could feel the love for the details and the amazing interior they choose. The kitchen was equipment with everything you need and even more :) The bed is super comfy. And the bathroom provides everything you need for your stay. Fresh towels and room cleaning every 2-3 days. And in general we enjoyed a super clean apartment and pool area. Our accommodation provided us with beautiful mornings with a cup of coffee by the pool and the first sunshines of the day. (we had our apartment right in front of the pool). We also were able to park our rental car right in front of Peratzada every day without any struggle and we felt safe 24/7. Peratzada is also very well located.

We like everything in this property. We were kinda hesitant to book because there was only 1 review we saw. Reason is that it is totally brand new - they just opened summer 2021. It is a family maintained business and we felt like visiting family in Zante. Pleasant surprises: - Refrigerator was full of food and drinks when we arrived (this was very much appreciated because we arrived around 10pm very hungry and resto in the airport was closed already) - Welcome fresh fruits - Brand new furnitures and well equipped kitchen (we enjoyed cooking!) - First aid kit - Comfortable bed and double sofa bed - Cleaning every 3 days (fresh towels also for the beach) - Clean swimming pool with long hours (9am-9pm) complete with floaters, sunbeds and umbrellas (only 4 apartments are sharing so it never gets crowded) - Toiletries (for women especially!) - Very close to Tsilivi beach (10 min slow walk - we have 4 yr old with us) - Restaurants, grocery, shops, tour & car rental companies close by - Dennis fresh seafood nearby (for cooking!) Most of all, the Peratzada family is so hospitable, accommodating and very responsive. This is one of the best stays we had... exceeded our expectations. We would totally recommend and we will definitely come back and book this property when we visit Zante again. Booking in advance airport transfer is recommended (EUR 22-25) to/from airport - Zante Taxi.

The apartment was immaculately clean aswell as the surroundings.The property was very tranquil with a lovely swimming pool.A very pleasant environment to relax and enjoy your holiday.John met us after a late arrival and showed us around and answered any questions we had.A starter pack of all the essentials you require was left to get your holiday started including bread,wine,fruit,cereals,milk,tea,coffee,and many other items which was greatly appreciated.
