Staff were absolutely amazing, we felt so well taken care off, any requests were dealt with very quickly and without any hesitation (such as ordering pizza or organizing a car rental). Amazing views and lovely breakfast. Private candlelit dinner was exceptional, best experience of the stay (and a great way to get engaged).

We had a great stay at Petit Palace. The views are fantastic. The accommodations comfortable. The staff were professional and very helpful. They are always available. No request or question is too small. It is about a mile to Fira, so quiet and out of the hustle of the tourist scene. Be prepared to walk, take the free shuttle (it only runs every few hours), a cab if you want to dine in Fira or elsewhere. You can also rent a car through the hotel.

While having our dinner the older waiter came across rude and abrupt which made me feel A llittle uneasy. There was no music playing in the restaurant for dinner and lacked atmosphere and the decor was bland The bar upstairs was not open but again the season is only beginning. The hot tub was very cold. I understand it's not the season but I thought there'd be an option to heat it.

The view was outstanding from our room. The breakfast was delicious. The receptionist couldnt do enough for us. He was amazing and I'd give him 10stars.

This was our second visit. We had been last year as well and absolutely loved Petit Palace Suites..from the ever smiling and helpful staff, to the food and amazing views. Could not have asked for more…refreshing holiday. Just what we needed. Thanks again for this year. We will return next year for sure.

Stayed here for a week on our honeymoon. This place was incredible! Best view on the island and in a great location. There was a shuttle every hour that takes you to Fira. Located in the center of the island which makes it easy to get anywhere. Breakfast was included and was very good. Can’t recommend this place enough.

Where do I start, firstly it was great that they could arrange a transfer for me to and from the airport, fantastic service even when I had the first flight out of Santorini. Once at the Hotel what can I say it was out standing, location away from the busy town center, but close too walk or even catch the hotel shuttle. then the room with the view, outstanding watched the sunset every night BEAUTIFUL. LOVED THE WHOLE PLACE. Breakfast was also fantastic with a choice to choose from every morning from the restaurant and the view.

Our cave jacuzzi was the highlight of not only our room but what made our entire trip in Santorini. The sunset and view from this spot was unparalleled. The sun was setting directly in front of our jacuzzi and it could not have been more perfect. We are so glad we decided to go with this room, which I heard is the only one of its kind in the hotel. The staff are very helpful and kind. Even packed our breakfast to go on our final day as we had an early flight. Thank you for such a memorable stay!

We had the Deluxe Suite with outdoor cave heated jacuzzi and caldera view. As a couple we stayed in a Honey Moon suite in Oia and rented a villa near Pyrgos where we had bottles of water from the house, whenever we need it. We were welcomed with lemonade and wine from the house and received some gifts, too. At Petite Palace suites hospitality described as above was absent. You buy water after the 2 complimentary bottles of water from the house. The location is not close to the city, you need a car to get in Fira municipality located at 3.1km to the resort. You don't serve breakfast on the room's terrace even if you have an elevator. The energy of the room was cold, not as warm as we hoped for. It was the end of September on a windy day, the water in the outdoor jacuzzi could have been warmer. Also, the outdoor jacuzzi has a sharp object at the bottom, we hurt ourselves couple of times. Definitely not worth the price of 727 Euros per one night.

Absolutely stunning views, every spot at this resort from the rooms,pool restaurant even the effing parking lot had amazing views (I cannot stress enough how incredible the views are, and the staff is beyond amazing, they are beyond helpful with booking reservations giving suggestions and just overall being incredibly kind.. location is great a 3 min drive to Fira, 20 min. Beautiful drive to Oia and the Black sand Beach (amazing) and 20 min to the light house which is an underrated experience..

The room is very beautiful and clean. The check-in was 3pm, but we were there at 10am.. Although it wasn’t even the Check-In time they treated us so good and offered us to drink something. The Hotel stuff and especially Gabriel explained to us what you can do in Santorini. Where r the best places to eat and spots we have to see. We felt very comfortable because of the professional service. They made our stay in Santorini very beautiful. Thank you so much.

The only down side is what i mentioned that the hotel is located in sort of a busy avenue outside Fira. If you dont have a car then the only option is to use the shuttle bus to get to town which comes at designated times and the last one back to the hotel is around 10pm. Taxis are not recommended as they usually charge over 30 euros for a distance of a 5-10 minute drive.

The hotel probably offers some of the best views of the island!! The staff was amazing and extremely helpful and attentive! The breakfast was of a very high standard with a la carte menu to choose from. We really enjoyed our stay and we would definetely visit the hotel again in the future! A great addition was also the shuttle bus of the hotel with which you could visit Fira at certain times in the day.
