The house was not child friendly as it had very steep staircases and the bunkbeds were not appropriate for children.

Location and outdoor space with chickens, horses and dogs. Good size house and an excellent breakfast was served.

The only drawback was the bed arrangement. My wife and I slept in a double bed whose mattress was unfortunately so hard that we didn't fully enjoy our sleep. Also the steps of the ladder leading to our room were ultra small which made climbing dangerous.

Ideally located, very close to Kalavryta centre (within walking distance). Quiet place for families. Breakfast was excellent and to our surprise brought to our room. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed there in late December and the heating in the room was superb. The management also provided firewood for free. Would definitely visit again.

The inner stairs are a little bit steep

Nice quiet house just 3 minutes away from the village center. Aimilia was really helpful and the breakfast was nice.

Small stuff only. The cable of the tv was broken and the hairdryer also didn't work right. Beds seemed a bit hard.

Great location near Kalavryta. Good studios with a view, breakfast. Quiet place. Very nice staff!

Swimming pool was not heated and changing rooms area was a bit neglected, I guess they focus on that more for the winter guests? Still overall it was a great place to be.

We didn't get the room we booked but the property offered an adequate solution so that's not something to be mad about, just something to beware of. The only things I did not like was that the central heating was set too high and we could not individually change it. We slept with the window open. It was good but it's a waste of energy.

Spacious rooms for a decent price. Beautiful view and a wonderful breakfast. Staff is friendly. You do need a car to visit the town. It's too far to walk there.

Minor issues with the room, due to the heavy rain at that time, that were fixed within the day.

The hotel staff were wondeful and very helpful. The hotel location is about 1km outside Kalavryta in a nice location especially if you want to go hiking or take your dog for a walk.

One of the beds in the triple room is too narrow

The hotel is very warm, you can wear warm sleeves in the room. 5 minutes drive from the town center. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were friendly. When we checked in on the first day, the GPS pointed to the wrong way. Fortunately, we met the hotel owner and helped us find the right way. Special thanks

The rooms were not as advertised . All the rooms say they accommodate 5 adults and that simply was not the case. The photos of the rooms on booking depicted a large L couch and what we arrived to was a small 3 person leather couch in a much smaller room. We had booked two exactly same rate rooms and our friends had the larger room while ours was quite different. The owner was not willing to provide a refund so we could stay elsewhere . They did put us in a larger room on day 2, but still not the size of the room we booked. Further, a panel was missing from a platform in the kids playground and one of the children fell into it and got very bruised. And, the swimming pool is not open all year even though it’s indoor. That is not written anywhere on the site. Overall I felt that the property was not accurately depicted. They did try to make us comfortable after they wouldn’t refund us and we had to stay.

I liked the nature and the chickens running about. I liked breakfast served in the room. The staff was friendly.
