The street noise was more than expected...but couldn't hear anything once we switched from open windows to AC.

Location was excellent--just inside the castle gates. Parking off site was easy. Within 5 minutes we could walk everywhere we might want to go--museums, mosques, ferry to island. It was a spacious room that was immaculate, stylish, and quite luxurious.

Absolutely loved my stay in Ioannina! The accommodation is top-notch – impeccably clean, stylish, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The location is unbeatable, with everything you could possibly need just a short walk away, and the added charm of staying within the Kastro walls. If you fancy a cozy night in, the curated food delivery options make it easy. The hosts were not only responsive but also super flexible, and free nearby parking was a fantastic perk. We had a tremendous time at Petrou House. It is a very nice boutique rooms, in a quite and central neighborhood, lots of nice coffe shops, restaurants and bakerys 1 minute walk. Also 2 min walk to the lake. Petrou House has all the facilites, its new and was excellent designed (furniture, lightning) by Katherine which is the host. Katherine was very sweet and ready to answer quickly any question regarding recommendations, or wifi issues, which she really cared and tried to fix.

Trendy design and decor all over the place, love it! The owner also provides drinks and snacks for free to all guests at the entrance. We also found all necessary thins for the stay in our room: hair dryer, sleepers, and ironing machine.

Everything at this property was great ! It was nice and cozy, there was a nice garden outside to eat and hang out, there was parking which was a lifesaver ! Also, this place was inside the walls of a castle !! The owners were very responsive and VERY helpful ! 10/10 !

We liked literally everything. We were amazed by the good organization of everything even though we didn't meet any personnel. The location was amazing, in the castle, the rooms were excellent, clean and modern with very good taste. A delicious candy would wait for us in the entrance, during checkout.
