Lighting upstairs for the vanity table was a bit dim to do makeup. But really that's such a minor issue! So no real complaints!

Perfect location and amazingly comfortable bed. The pool is small (knew that going in) but perfect for a quick dip. Staff were helpful and happy to give advise as needed. Small but functional kitchen space.

The shower would sometimes take a while for the water to heat up. Nothing major though, it’s a great property.

Shame a small continental breakfast couldn't be provided, for convenience, but lots of nearby options.

Fantastic small boutique hotel in the old town. Short walk to the sea front and many bars and restaurants. Hotel owner very helpful. Room terrific overlooking the pool (a bit smaller in reality than the website picture shows) but not a problem. Suite has good facilities like small hotplate, fridge and utensils. Air conditioning unit in the room.

My girlfriend and I were here on holiday mid of August. The hosts and personell are just super committed and they go the "extra mile" to make you just feel perfectly comfortable, almost like a second home! The location is perfect, not too near the loud party mile but near enough to go for shopping, party or just the beautiful beach. Supermarket is just next to it like a good bakery too!

The accommodation was as charming and elegant as our hostess Agapi. So wonderfully welcoming. Great location but also peaceful and very restful. Such a comfy bed and superb courtyard to chill out in.

We had a fantastic stay at Phaedra Suites and were very satisfied. This boutique hotel is located in the heart of the city center, 10 minutes walking from Rethymnon beach. The suite was modern, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable and made us sleep so well. Agapi, the owner is a wonderful host, she takes great care of her guests, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. Her attentiveness and warm hospitality added a personal touch to the overall experience, making us feel welcomed. Highly recommended!

It’s location is perfect close to the old town and the shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach. The owner and family were always very friendly and helpful and gave good advice on places to visit. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the whole building is modern and has everything you need. The pool is fairly small but perfect for a dip at any time of the day or night.

Close to everything important, located on the edge of the old town. Very friendly host who can help you with every need even after midnight. Only pool in old town appsrtments I have seen. Strongly recommended.

Host was wonderful, very kind and helpful. We had a late check in and Agapi was very accommodating for this. The room was exactly as described, even better, with a comfortable bed and rooms cleaned daily with fresh towels. The kitchenette was very convenient too for a long stay, with a a small supermarket on the same street as the property we could cook some of our own meals. The pool was small but lovely, set in a beautiful and quiet courtyard. It almost felt like a private pool due to the minimal number of guests at the property. There is a convenient water filter installed on the property which makes fresh water drinkable, saved us plenty of money. The location is in perfect! Set in the heart of Rethymno with walking distance from the beach and famous Old Town. Also a 10-15 minute walk from the main bus station with helpful transfers to Chania Airport or connections to other locations around Crete. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family, and even return myself in the future. We were very satisfied with our stay
