It was very big apartment with two balconies. The location is in the city center close to everything. The host was very kind . I recommend this apartment .

Sparkling clean apartment, owners are very pleasant and helpful. The vila is located very near the restaurants, shops, etc. but it is not in the noisy area, great location. It was not hard to find the parking in front or near the villa. Towels are changed regularly, every day if needed. Good water pressure in the shower (some places in Greece have issues with this). To sum it up: great place to stay, good value for the money, we will be back in our future vacations :)

Easy communication with property manager, he was always accommodating. The studio and balcony was spacious, room as cleaned on a daily basis and clean towels were provided as well.

Internet connectivity is horrendous, the location has a very lousy router with wild signal fluctuations, it is placed poorly (only half of our room was in coverage) and the overall quality of the connection, on the whole peninsula, is ... bad. We were housed on the top flor and unfortunately the balcony was unusable in the evening because it is fully bathed in sunlight and there are no curtains or any protection at all. Another inconvenience is the way that the roof is built - completely out of metal tiles. Coupled with the army of birds in the area and you may wake up to the sound of talons on your roof.

Very clean, every day the room was cleaned and towels refreshed. It's quite near the center of the resort and the staff is quite friendly.

The shower is very small, with courten, and the bathroom is wet after every shower. There isn't enough kitchen amenities. The biggest problem was a Wi-fi, especially in the evening (no signal at all). The owner said that was a problem in every villa.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable with great balcony . It's located in the center of Kallithea, close to everything, but still in a quite neighborhood. The owner is very polite. They have cleaning services every day (cleaning, changing towels and sheets). Parking is not a problem, the owner reserved a perfect spot for us. The apartment has AC in every room and they worked perfectly.

Fantastic stay. Went with my father for a long weekend, and we were well looked after. Friendly and attentive owner. Close to the beach and bars/restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

Very small kitchen, but as we bought every staff in bakery and had dinners in cafes, it wasn’t a problem, to wash fruits it was enough:)

Very friendly hosts, clean, recently renovated, great wi-fi (I was working during the stay, it was highly important for me), big and comfortable room, big balcony. We liked everything here.

Everything was perfect! Best attitude towards the customer! The staff is really kind and polite - found us parking spot, told us the best places to go, helped us with taxis, woke up in the middle of the night to unlock our room because we forgot the key! The hotel room has modern furniture and everything you need and they cleaned the room every day! Location also is the best - in the center 5 min walk to everything - beach bars, restaurants, clubs! Definitely coming again!

We liked everything!!! Great host, clean and comfortable rooms. Changing towels and bedding every day!!! Position is great, in the centre of Kalithea but in quiet neighbourhood some 10-15 walking from the beach.

Hotel is not a 5 stars officialy but staff and service are more than 5 stars. Robert is great host, rooms are very clean, they are cleaning rooms every day, changing towels and bedding. I would definitely recommend to everyone. Rooms are in the city centre but in quiet street, 10 minutes walking from the beach.

Everything was great. Apartment was really pretty and clean. Every other day the house was cleaned, they changed bedding and towels. Everything was perfectly clean and in good condition. Our host was very kind and he was available to help anytime. We are very satisfied, and would recommend this apartments to everyone.

The room was very clean. We had a fridge, sink, water boiler and the bathroom was perfect. They would clean our room whenever we put the sign on the door and the room was perfect every singlr time. Definitely recommend!

Highly recommend this place! Everything was perfect. Nice quiet apartments where you can find some good rest and a relaxing time right in the centre of Kallithea. You can walk to the beach within a few minutes. Rooms get cleaned up every single day if you like. The facility has everything you need.
