I didn't really like the host's attitude, even though we announced that we were coming, he didn't bother to come and give us the room, he was at a party with everyone from the community and we waited an hour for him to give us the room. I understand good mood and everything related to fun, but when you have guests you have to respect them.

Great location, near the sea, beautiful scenery, quiet village, small but clean room, little equipped kitchen, but it is enough for a short stay, extremely small bathroom, very uncomfortable to shower. The village of Ilia is idyllic.

The shower is a bit small but managable

The appartment is at a perfect location by the sea. You have a beautiful sea view from you balcony. The decoration is a bit older but perfectly fine and clean. Nikolaos the guy at the reception is goes beyond your expectation. He put a lot of effort to help us get to the accomodation by our bikes (during the road block). He saved our trip which we really appreciate. Highly recommend this place and don’t forget to go for the breakfast. It was also super.

We stayed at Pharos Rooms in October with HB option. Good breakfasts at Ilia Mare hotel and fantastic dinners at Pharos Restaurant! We had great holidays! We enjoyed everything there! We traveled by the car so we can easily reach the property. The staff was very helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

We didn't know it will be so far from the center and you absolutely need a car if you stay in this place. Also you needed to go to another hôtel located near to pharos rooms to get the breakfast. The breakfast was good for the sweet part but not enought plates for the salted part (eggs, pie...). Also I think this is unfortunate that there is no possibility to take a boat from Ilia directly.

This place was very calm and restful! People are nice and respectful. The beach in front of this place and the view is amazing. The host are kind. Room is very clean even if the bathroom is small and especially the shower!

The lamp in the room we stayed was burnt Instead of a double bed, we were given 2 single beds attached to each other which is not very comfy when sleeping in between (like when hugging your wife) its kind of uncomfortable.

There was a loud buzzing sound from an electric appliance, couldn't quite understand if it was from a consumption measurer that they had in the kitchen or an a/c of the nearby room, but at night it was really loud and made it difficult to fall asleep and woke me up many times since it stopped and started many times during the night. Also there was no sound proofing from the nearby balconies and you could hear people talking until late at night. For the talking you can't blame the hotel, but it could use something better than a piece of plank as a divider between the balconies. The mattresses weren't the most comfortable ones, though not too bad but felt like they were quite old. A little bit confusing to find the rooms, since there is no sign for the property, had to search a little and go around asking in order to find that you have to check in at the adjacent Ilia mare hotel. I would suggest putting a sign.

The rooms were spacious and cute in terms of furniture. The balcony had a view of the garden and the sea. The sea was right accross the street. The whole village is nice with views of the sea and the mountain. The breakfast was really good with a big variety.
