The pool was not heated.

Luca went above and beyond to provide information about Santorini - what to do, where to eat, what to avoid. He also helped us with restaurant reservations and was incredibly hospitable. The rest of the staff were all so friendly and made our stay very pleasant.

The staff is very friendly both in the restaurant and at the reception. Lucas at the reception provided us with all the necessary information about this fantastic island, showed us on the map and advised the main attractions to visit. Lucas gave us extra time for a late check-out, for which we were very grateful to him. The convenient location of the hotel allows you to get to the city in 5-7 minutes, and you can enjoy stunning views along the pedestrian path leading to the city. Free parking is available right next to the hotel 👍

Fabulous stay. Luca & team cannot do enough for their guests. Even decorated one of our rooms for a special birthday celebration. As soon as we arrived Luca was very welcoming and explained to us all that we needed to know about the island for our trip. The guys who worked in the bar and breakfast were very friendly and couldn't do enough for us The hotel is lovely, Very clean and spacious..Excellent location 5 minute walk to the town & bus Terminal.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Nuce breakfast. Luca, at the front desk was very kind and healpful providing plenty of data to visit the island. It's five minutes away walk from Fira. We had great time in Santorini and the hotel.

If I had a complaint it would be the road noise. Obviously this has nothing to do with the property. Lots of motorcycles going by. Ear plugs were very helpful.

Luca at the reception area was amazing! He was so helpful and had all kinds of recomendations for restaurants and tours. A very short walk into Fira which was nice because it was a little quieter here. The gentlemen that worked at the breakfast and bar/pool area was wonderful as well! Pool area was nice and relaxing. The view across the street from the hotel was spectacular.

Was a little outside of center, but wasn't really a problem for us.

Breakfast was very good. Pool was relaxing, lounge chairs were very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Luca the Front office staff was super helpful. He gave us very clear directions. He arranged transport and tours for us. Over all he was just the best person for the job. Location of the hotel is too good to be true, main action area in Fira was walkable, the bus stop was walkable, the food was walkable. The breakfast was good and the staff were very helpful and cleaned the rooms on time every day.

I didn’t like that the property was located on the main road. The bathroom is small and the shower could be improved.

The property was well located within an easy walk to the main town. It was set out in a way that each room had privacy. It was well kept and appealing visually. The pool area was private and clean. The rooms were very spacious.

The bathroom, entire bathroom was wet when you had a shower. That was honestly the only negative, would be a 10 otherwise.

Great location, 5 min walk into Fira and out of the noise. Good sized rooms and very clean. Good sized pool too. Luca at front desk was outstanding, very helpful.

Everything was perfect! 5 minute walk to downtown, so it was quiet at night but easy access to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Breakfast was lovely with hot and cold options. The swimming pool was beautiful and served drinks and food. The rooms were pretty. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Lucas booked tours and restaurant reservations for us, Olcey served breakfast and ran the pool and bar.
