Very clean apartment, good location, just a few steps from the central area (with tavernas, shops and a bakery), which was very nice and animated even in October, the port and the beaches. A nice pool for those windy days when the sea is not so welcoming. And the price was very good for what was offered.

One of the single bed was zo hard - you have to like it.

There’s everything u need. The apartment is full equipped. The host is a very friendly; pleasant person which helps u with all your questions. The pool is great and clean; there’re parking lots.

Very nice apartment with a terrace and sea view. Close to the restaurants and the small port of Panormos. Clean and quite pool. Small pool for kids. Great communication with Manolis!

My wife and I had a most wonderful stay at Philoxenia. Our apartment was spacious and clean. Towels and bedding regularly changed. Our host Manolis and his staff made it their obvious determination to ensure our stay exceeded our expectation.

Great Location. Local people were some of the friendliest people we have ever met. Superb Restaurants with a great choice. The pool was cleaned every day. All in all a great little village.

Nice specious room with kitchenette. Room was equipped with enough tools to fix breakfast or cook something easy. The location is great 3 min walking distance to supermarket, restaurants or bakery. Sandy beach as well very near. The pool is great. Free parking space. Most importantly the staff! Helpful and kind. Kudos 👍

There were some problems with electric appliances (water kettle, lamps).

The location is great: close to the village center and all restaurants and shops. The pool was good sized for a child. We appreciated the opportunity to use a laundry machine during our stay at the hotel. Communicating with our host through WhatsApp was efficient and worked well. This hotel was a nice base for exploring sites in the Rethymno and Heraklion areas.

Manolis was incredibly welcoming when we met him in the morning after our arrival. big genuine smile and relaxed demeanour set the tone for our holiday! The property was so tasteful, immaculately clean and the pool area was so well laid out and comfortable with great facilities. Decoratively gorgeous with so many well cared for flowers and plants. Real family feel but quiet and relaxed x

The studio was spacious, clean and excellently equipped. The host Manolis is a great guy, very helpful and attentive. Immediately produced a new kettle when the one in the studio broke. the pool area was spotlessly clean too. great location in the centre of Panormos and parking too. Very relaxed and laid back atmosphere- just like Manolis!

We had a wonderful stay. Ideal for family vacation since the location is perfect. 5 min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to tavernas and supermarket. Manolis and the whole team was more than helpful. The made us feel like home. We will definitely come back.

I loved everything

Everything was amazing! The apartment rooms were perfect and very clean and quiet, the swimming pool a dream, the management - hat's off to you Manolis for being so kind, accommodating and friendly to everyone who stays at your home from home. Even after we had left, helping us with a little emergency and finding us all the right information. I enjoyed our beer by the poolside Manolis, and the kids really really didn't want to leave. It was a mistake not to book for longer, you really made us feel relaxed and welcome. The location, PERFECT! Definitely the best place to be with the wonderful George and Georgia restaurant just a few metres down the road (order the stuffed zucchini flowers, yum!). It really is the best location before all the busy part of Old Street, Panormo. I could keep going on but I don't want to ruin the surprise of such a perfect place to stay. Just go, you won't be disappointed. I just hope I will be able to book next year and that there will be still room available because everyone should just stay here ♥️
