Nothing really!

We only stayed one overnight, yet from what we experienced the maisonette is really neat, clean and spacious. All amenities are there. AC works really well. Host was super nice and helpful.

There is nothing to complain with.

The Service was like in the Hotel. We got. extra towles for the pool or beach. The Equipment in the kitchen was sufficient for our needs. The way to the Beach is 1min.

There were a lot of bees close to pool that came to drink some water

The amaizing place with it's aura. It's stylish and cosy house with 3 floors for every need. Kids loved small duckies in the car parking place. The kitchen was well equiped and descent size. Hosts left nice welcome gifts and surprised use. Close to the house there were a lot of taverna for every taste.

Comfortable, nicely equipped, with all the necessary amenities! Sparkling clean! We liked the pool zone. The pool is really big and comfortable. The staff is really friendly and helpful. And the place of the property is very good, 5 min from the beach and all the restaurants and coffee places. Free parking near the villa for guests.

Everything was great!

Beautiful, spacious villa, clean and comfortable. It's an old building, perfectly renovated. Great airconditioning system, that doesn't blow freezing air straight on your face, but keeps the place perfectly cool. Fantastic terrace on the roof with sunbeds and sea view. Parking just outside the house. We were in a group of 4 and the house was very comfortable for us - 2 bathrooms, comfortable beds in both bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, 2 balconies.1 terrace outside and 1 mentioned before, on the rooftop. Also pool in the back (a bit noisy in the afternoon, when kids are playing there). Panormos is cute little village with many taverns, bars, shops and sandy beaches. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our flight was delayed but we got an immediate response to our email reassuring us around alternative arrangements should we not arrive in office hours. A welcome pack was on the dining table. The villa is well kitted out and everything you need is to hand. Supermarket, restaurants and cafes within a short walk.

The second bedroom is small which is fine for a family of four but may be difficult for two couples. I didn't like the spiral staircase but that is because I am unsteady on my feet. Having the terrace off the upstairs bedroom meant carrying any food/drinks up the spiral staircase but there was a balcony off the kitchen which was fine for when there was only 2 of us. It would have been nice to have a couple of sun loungers on the terrace as there was plenty of space for them.

We stayed in Magnolia villa, which was lovely, clean and spacious enough for 4 adults. Everything was provided right down to dishwasher and washing machine tablets. The villa was cleaned every other day and the linen changed; it was like being in a self-catered hotel. The swimming pool, although cool on entry, was large enough to swim in. Although the property was fully booked there were always enough sun loungers around the pool and it was very peaceful. (However, this is probably not the case during school holidays.) It was a very short walk to the beach and the centre of the village which had a large selection of tavernas. Nikos was very helpful prior to arriving and organised taxis for us during our stay. Manolis was always on hand to answer any queries and made sure we were well looked after. I would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous apartment in Panormos - beautiful interiors and exteriors including the very clean and quiet pool. literally 4 mins walk from the heart of the village.

We liked the location, in the very center of the small town of Panormos and quite close to the beach. All needed shops and restaurants within a walking distance. Manolis, the administrator was always around, ready to help.

Everything was fine. Nothing to complain about.

We had a fantastic relaxing vacation. The house is perfect for a family, the pool is great, the environment is very nice and maintained. In the kitchen there is everything you need. The beds are comfortable. We felt welcomed, all our questions we quick and good answered. Thank you to Manoli and the housekeeping team. We plan to come back again.

We stayed as a family of 5. The 5th bed was the sofa in the living room, which was a bit uncomfortable as it wasn't a proper sofa bed. It is fine for a small child, but the cushions are quite hard so it would be great to have a sofa that could be converted into a single bed.

Everything was very clean and the villa was very nice. We loved the pool and everything was within very close walking distance such as supermarket, tavernas.. There are nicer beaches a short car ride away. In the evening, the central town is blocked off from traffic so it is great to stroll around with all of the tavernas set up for outdoor seating. Greek hospitality is at its best!

All was really perfect and exceeding expectation.

Perfect vacation house. Super professional and friendly host. You can feel hand of very good interior designed - wood/mint doors/ fantastic windows with bugs nets and sun covers, silent aircondition in each room, balcony, terrace. Fully equipped and well designed kitchen and dinning room. Super comfortable beds. Spacious bathrooms (2) with window. This is '2 levels' apartment, stairs are narrow but our 3yrs old daughter liked it as well and it was not an issue at all. It was a benefit to have two zones on base floor and 1st floor. Also nice tv set and blue-ray. You can see all this on picture, but there are a few hidden gems. One of them is raki. We tried it in a several places in Crete, but that one is special - I liked it most. Don't remember to try.
