Lots of stairs with no elevator to the room.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location and have a great view of a wide vally. The hotel staff was professional and friendly. The room is very big and beautiful. We enjoyed the friendly atmosphere of the village.

Sound proofing was a problem as we could hear the neighbouring rooms' alarm going off in the morning.

Very nice hotel with excellent hosts and a chill vibe. Views from the common areas are amazing and the room itself was very good, equipped with a fireplace.

I took the time to read some older negative reviews, and they are all liars! Goes to show that when people are nasty, Karens that don't get their way will find something to complain about. Like that lady that said she came late back and couldn't get in. The fact that she's technologically challenged is not the hotel staff's fault. There is a keypad installed that you tap your room key to enter. Or that other guy who demanded the staff wake up in the middle of the night, past 10 p.m., to get him firewood. Be real, dude. They aren't servants. You could have asked for extra in the morning, and they would have brought that to your room. They came by mind before they went home to ask if I needed anything and what to bring me. There was not a single thing I asked at a reasonable time, while being polite, I didn't get it! The room was like it came out of a fairytale page. I initially booked a double room and was upgraded to a room that fit 4 people. The stuff was amazing, helped me with my every need, provided tips for the area, offered me coffee once I arrived. There is not a single bad thing I can find about this hotel and the people who own and run it. I needed a taxi ride from Ksylokastro to the hotel, and they found me a great driver. They took my laguege upstairs without me even asking. I arrived early and had no problem waiting, since I knowingly booked an early train. They immediately checked if the room was ready and checked me in. I had a small accident with the boards holding up the mattress, and they immediately fixed it for me. One of my days, I slept in and missed breakfast, and they came to check up on me and see if I'm doing okay. If you think I have special treatment at no extra cost, you'd be correct. But I must say that a little kindness goes a long way!

The setting and views are amazing, the rooms are not huge but Comfy with a comfy bed, a balcony big enough for two with the most fantastic views of the mountains, the staff are just the best, the breakfast was great and eating on the balcony in the mornings an absolute joy

The owners, Kostas and Maria and the staff, Giannis, were very pleasant, kind, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was plentiful, fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend it and we will be back soon.

There should be an elevator from the parking area to the checking in office.. Fruits were not offered at breakfast.

Breakfast was 9/10! The hosts would even do the eggs and coffee the way you wanted!

There is nothing we didn’t like .

The owners were exceptionally nice and polite, and very kind . The breakfast was home made pies , jams , nice bread … yoghurt, anything you might want to eat in the morning, home made and nicely made . Location was in the trees , nice garden and beautiful view . Very clean , and good value for money . Everything was excellent!!!!! Definitely we are coming again . A must visit !!!!
