Very well presented resort. Staff excellent especially evening reception team and Stavros in Greek restaurant - great host. Food excellent. A calm feeling to the place to relax. Beach through tunnel excellent. Room huge (panoramic) maid service 100% good - large balcony needed extra furniture - sun loungers added on request. Nice beach walk to town.

There is a major road going through the middle of the resort which causes a lot of external noise especially at night

The beds weren’t the style that we like (even when they replaced to hard mattresses it wasn’t comfy enough).

The beach was great! Even though we were staying at the far side of the resort it was close enough and is great. Although the hotel was full it didn’t feel like it (maybe in one dinner) there are plenty spaces to chill and enjoy with the little ones .

The food was amazing with many choices. There were organised football sessions which my kids enjoyed but every day there was something to do. in addition, the pool and beach are beautiful and clean.

Personal was quite cold, badly organized lines in the restaurant. Particularly child animator was not on his spot and probably not very fiteable to work with children

just to be really picky, the mattress was bit on a hard site for my liking. also disappointed that you couldn’t get free drinking water and had to keep buying bottled water, beside the cost, it is all the wasted plastic bottles that I don’t agree with

We had feedback regarding the little train- this is a very useful and fun way of transport but it is over priced! Especially compared to taxi prices and availability. I understand some charge but shouldn’t be three times (or more) of price of taxi.

We enjoyed our time very much. The facilities were great for family vacation, and the staff was absolutely wonderful.

The room balconys are overlooked by neighbouring rooms, so there is no privacy. Couples tables are all on the edge of the restaurants, so we were mainly sat in direct hot sunlight, while tables for 3+ seating were shaded.

I like the staff who were all extremely friendly. Also the location next to the beach. The pools are clean and well maintained as are the gardens. Room service was good and the reception desk very helpful. I would definitely come back here again.

I wish there were a few more food options. The entertainment was also not the best.

Beautiful beach resort. Perfect for families with young children. We chose the half board option but loved the tasty corner for our kids and were so thankful that they could eat a free lunch. The room was a good size and we were right on the beach.

Just a few items of nitpicking: The buffet dinner offered a large variety of food, but still sometimes we struggled to find anything really tempting (it's entirely a matter of taste, of course). The foods served are a bit toned down in taste; probably aimed at German/North European guests. The playground is unfortunately not shaded in any way, so cannot be used during the day (too hot). Finally, it would be useful to cordon off pedestrians from cars in the tunnel linking the two parts of the hotel.

We got an upgrade to a room on the beachfront; it was absolutely amazing. The hotel is quite large, but very well organised. We really appreciated the late dinner on the day we arrived very late. There are no queues in the dining area and you can always find a sunbed. Based on the description we were a bit concerned about the fact that a road bisects the hotel premises, but there is absolutely no noise from the road and the two parts of the hotel are linked by a tunnel that you can even drive through. We also liked the fact that we could park very close to the room.

Fantastic pools, beautiful location tucked between the sea and mountains, lovely beach, plenty of loungers, lots of space, beautiful landscaping and surroundings, excellent facilities, good food, a number of restaurants to choose from. Train to nearby lake. Friendly staff and spotlessly clean.

Something that is really annoying is the “towel chair reservation” at the pool and beach. People simply let their towels there forever, from one day to another, monopolising the best chair places. We got at the beach everyday around 8h and the front row of chairs at the beach were all marked with towels and few of them we saw people arriving to use it only in the late afternoon, so it was the entire day there, blocked without use. The hotel advises not to do that, but it is not enough. They should collect all the towels left from one day to another, would already help and be fair for the ones who arrive early at the beach.

It is a really big compound and many different options of rooms. We could park our car just next to our room, what make our stay even easier. We stayed on the room 2120 and it was clean, good size, comfortable bed and beautiful view. Despite the number of families and children around, we didn’t have problem with noise. The resort offers good options of restaurants for all meals, plus pool and beach service. The beach of the hotel is amazing. The staff is efficient, not so friendly, but efficient. The room was cleaned everyday. It is definitely a place for families with children, just have it in mind.
