Great location right on the beach, quiet, but walking distance to the party places if that's your thing. Place was very clean and had large rooms.Beach bar was a bonus. Good location right between Chania and Rythemno. AC worked great.

The cleaning lady mops the floor, but does not sweep before and it leaves a trail of sand on the floor once it has dried up.

Its not like i dont like but i would prefer: - there are flipflops for the beach - the room floor should be more clean or vaccumed ( i feel it is very sandy when we arrived) - the roof for the balcony will be renovated ( as we are at the top floor... our balcony roof is not one piece but it is a wooden fence... so it makes no sense to hange clothes there when it rains... )

Everything is very good. My room has the seaview and it is on the highest floor. The condition of facilities are quite good

At night there was plenty of noise from the hallway and the outside, the door is not very soundproof unfortunately.

The location is great. The parking at the property is big so you can always find a free spot. You order the breakfast at the beach bar and there’s plenty of options.

The only minor downside was that Wi-fi wasn't working most of the time.

Very nice place right next to the beautiful beach and beach bar. Very, very clean rooms. Great and helpful staff. We certainly recommend it! The breakfast was also good, but a bit repetitive so next time we would take the room without the beach bar breakfast (in any case you can buy it on the spot, if you change your mind).

Superb location only a 1 minute walk to the beach. Really spacious room with big balcony which had lovely views of the beach and hills. The hotel is a small and has open space all around it so isn't overlooked by any other properties. Breakfast was served in the restaurant next to the beach and was superb. Staff really welcoming.

Immediate surroundings are still not tidy. The garden around is not developed. It makes impression of a new building in the middle of a field.

I would recommend having a rental car to stay here. You could possibly take a bus to Georgiopolis and walk here

Great night's rest! Charming, seafront, luxury appartment exactly as advertised with free parking, kitchen that is stocked with the basics - fridge, stovetop, pan, cutlery & crockery, kettle & coffeemaker - and great view with beautiful sunrises. 5min drive away from markets, a gas station and hearty family run restaurants in Georgiopolis, and only a few meters from a beachfront bar/restaurant. Spacious for 2 adults and a child with a super comfortable bed and sofa bed. The owner was friendly and we enjoyed the peace and quiet and a cacophony of frogs singing in the stream nearby at night

In the ground floor room, there was a waste water smell in the room the whole time. May be coming from the pipes both in small sink in the kitchen and also bathroom.

Friendly staff, easy check in and out. They have a large variety of breakfast. Quality and delicious. Rooms were clean. There is a parking place. Sunbeds and beach towels are for free. Also snacks bar and dinner options are delicious and so affordable. Price performance ratio is good for drinks and food.

The hotel is located right in front of beach, and free sunbeds are available for its guests. This property is really the hidden gem in this area, and I also loved its excellent breakfast and generous portions of dishes served in the restaurant. I enjoyed my grilled seafood for dinner at its outdoor terrace looking at the sunset and enjoying the view of its beautiful beach. Most importantly, I am grateful to its staff for hospitality and kindness. I could not find my key, and Mr. Pablo was really kind to help me sort it out. The staff working in the restaurant were always smiling, and made sure if I was ok and needed anything more. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that enjoys beach experience and a getaway from the city.

The location right at the beach was amazing and the room really comfortable and clean. The restaurant/bar at the beach had very good food - and we can highly recommend the breakfast. The free sunbeds are also a huge plus.
