Depending on your room it can be very noise as the street is directly next to the window. Not many community spaces to chill. Rooftop is very small and only has a few benches. The rooftop already closes at 11pm. Afterwards you only can sit in the kitchen. Very basic thing: more hooks in the rooms to hang your towels. Btw. You can rent a towel for 2€ and also buy a locker for your box beneath the bed.

For me, being quite tall and therefore having longer limbs, the bed boxes were a bit uncomfortable. Seen as the opening to enter the bed is not on the side but at the feet, you are surrounded by the box left and right. This meant that I was more confined and had limited space, and when turning I usually bumped against the wall. Not a major issue though, especially for people who are not as tall.

Very clean, super friendly staff, nicely decorated and cozy atmosphere! The little veranda is pretty, good for chilling on a sunny day. The location is practical, very central. Good value for money!

There is nothing I didn't like. A new place need to find their special way, and the Pink Mango is definitely doing this amazingly. I would recommend a few improvements: Non skid floor stickers for the basement shower. Hooks for towels in the bathroom

I loved my stay at the Pink Mango 💗 Both the owner and staff are very visible, friendly and treat all guests with respect and great humor 😅 They are eager to learn from guests, and asking for ideas to improve this very newly opened, and already great hostel. 2 out of 3 dorms are female only ✨️ Placed in a very central area, with only 10-15 minutes walking to the Acropolis and other major sights, I didn't use ground transportation at all for the 4 days of my stay. I can only recommend 👌

Overall beautiful premises however the bathroom and shower are in the same room where the beds are, this is a little bit uncomfortable when people want to shower late or use the bathroom. Easy to be woken up.

The hostel is very small and the social spaces are limited to a rooftop smoking area and a table in reception. The girls dorm has a sofa which looked great but the mixed dorm didn’t have anything like that. Towel hooks and curtains for the beds would be great.

I liked the atmosphere of the hostel and the staff were very nice, the location was awesome, with so many cheap and cool bars and restaurants nearby.

Maybe add a screen door to the window just because in case of mosquitos, but other than that awesome place. Definitely recommend it.

Very warm staff. Flexible and very knowledgeable about the area. A smaller venue but the way the front lobby is setup it made it easy to meet other travelers. The vibes fostered a very inclusive environment. Also, very close walking distance to the center!

There was no breakfast included but there was a big open kitchen you could use which was very nice. The location was not smack in the center of what tourist want to explore but a quick and easy walk (20 mins) to the 'best parts'. It was more resedential (which I enjoy seeing those parts when I travel!) And, there were many nice restaurants around that were lovely to go to in the area.

The room I've been in is in the basement so the windows are on the level of the street - something that allergy sufferers or light sleepers should take into consideration. I will definitely come back, but to another room.

As it is decribed in many comments here, this Hostel truly has the vibe and energy of community place. So it is perfect for socialising and feeling welcomed. Good choice for solo travelers considering the location, atmosphere and hospitality. You can really find good people here. It was nice coming back to this place every day after sightseeing.

This is like a luxury house, just renovated, where you do your thing, interact with other travellers if you wish, and when tired from a long day, finish with a bubble jacuzzi. Management was so caring and all new and clean every day.

The shower and sink are in the sleeping dorm, which is not very handy if you want to shower or brush your teeth without waking everybody up. Communal space is limited due to the size of the hostel.

My "female dorm" had a glass wall right opposite the kitchen & entrance. Very trendy looking but not great when trying to get dressed. I know they intend to put privacy curtains on the sleeping pods so that will help. Always remember that sharing a room with others might not work for you!

Only being open for a month, it was shiny & new. Friendly, helpful staff. There are several bars & restaurants in the area. The main centre is a walk away but not too far. The Acropolis is a bit of a climb so wear the right shoes, that marble is slippy!!! I met lots of great people whilst there & I'd happily stay again.
