Stone built hotel, full of character! It is located literally by the sea with fantastic views over Limeni. The bed was comfortable and all the facilities were sparkling clean. The staff and the owner were friendly, attentive and always willing to answer any kind of question regarding the area! I highly suggest to stay there and definitely try out the food at the hotel restaurant, especially the home made local pasta and fresh fish cooked to perfection!

The no music ordinance due to COVID restrictions ... This is a country wide ordinance, but was the only thing missing!

This property is spectacular; there was a gorgeous view from every room, the quality of the room, products & service were beyond our expectations. The food was AMAZING and the details from the service to the tableware was exceptional. The other guests, staff and especially the owner all added to how much we enjoyed our stay -- we felt at home but so well looked after! For anyone wanting to visit the Peloponnese Region, Limeni is a MUST with it's glistening waters, amazing climate and heritage -- we WILL be returning!

After communicating with this place that I have a small maltese, I got a confirmation mail that they accept dogs in May & October. I arrived in late Oct at 21.15pm after a 4 ½ hour car journey. After emails exchanged with them, they offered quote "superior or suite room". I had checked in booking and saw that booking offered a classic double room. I then emailed the hotel AGAIN DIRECTLY saying that I saw this room and is it available? After 2 days having not received a reply from them, I booked through booking for the classic room since I had a CONFIRMATON from the hotel that dogs are allowed in Oct. Upon arrival, the owner looked shocked and said "oh you came with a dog". He said he couldn’t accept us and that we could ONLY stay in 2 types of rooms (which of course was NEVER SPECIFIED NOR WRITTEN IN THAT MANNER IN THE EMAIL), and we had to leave. We were astounded! I told him there was no way I could leave and make the 4 1/2 hour drive back to Athens immediately and that he was wrong (and he also told me that he saw my email regarding the classic room but saw no reason to reply !!!!!). He then “did us a FAVOUR” and said "stay tonight, but by 08.00 am I want you out and no-one should see the dog". We asked for dinner and the 2 people in the restaurant just looked at each other and then said "we are closed" (even though they were not). Of course, we got up and left in the morning NO BREAKFAST.WAS VERY RUDE AND ARROGANT AND STARTED SHOUTING TO ME IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS HAVING BREAKFAST (AND I REGRETTED NOT SHOUTING BACK BECAUSE HE WAS TERRIBLE),THAT IF I DIDNT HAVE THE MONEY TO STAY IN A SUITE I SHOULDNT HAVE COME AT ALL. He said as I was leaving, that we could come back next year in those 2 months but we should pay FOR A SUITE, THEN MY DOG WOULD BE ALLOWED! I demanded my money back, but nothing. Also lost my vacation days I had taken off work to go.

Unfortunately we had the room directly opposite the gate to beach. Public Beach right outside is noisy and plants have been put to shield area of balcony but thus blocks view .

Great complex overlooking the water, fabulous staff 24hrs a day. Room was beautiful, view and restaurant outstanding. We loved it.

No balcony with the room and room too small for the price we paid.

Too expensive and you should be able to get a choice but to be fair the hotel says that you are charged 20 euros per persn

We did not feel welcomed by the owner and assistant manager and the manager provided very little information on what was available to us. Parking is not available on site as stated in the booking information and you have to be very fortunate to find a spot nearby. Although the property advertised sun lounges for each room there was not enough for everyone. Furthermore we were not advised that sun loungers were allocated to specific rooms which lead to embarrassing situations between guests. Also there was no shade after mid morning which made it very uncomfortable to lie on the sun beds anyway. This resulted in us leaving the hotel to visit other locations for beach and relaxation. Our room had problems with the air conditioning and it only worked early morning when the temperature was mild.

The view was beautiful. It was one of the few highlights of our stay.

Quite a small room for price; village felt a bit soulless with only a few overpriced and not that exciting places to eat and go where waiters etc seemed fed up. Undeniably beautiful place but entirely reliant on good weather and defined by tourism.

Incredible spot in Limeni; amazingly friendly staff; great breakfast; lovely swimming; amazing clear sea - and turtles!!
