The hotel is on the street and there is quite a bit of noise day/night, they do provide earplugs in case you forgot yours :)

Charming little hotel in Chania city-centre. The room is well furnished, clean and we really appreciated the complimentary water & wine. Nice location all together as you will be 5min away from the Old Venetian Port and the Bus Station. Special thanks to Iva for her wonderful (multilingual) service. The hotel organized us a day-trip to Samaria Gorges for +/- 50€/pp. Other excursion can be organized at reception upon request :)

The location is brilliant, just around the corner from the bus station and a short walk to the port and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and the room exceptionally clean. We didn’t have a window to the outside but this didn’t bother us as we were only staying for 1 night and the air con worked perfectly. We arrived at 1am in the morning and the self check in instructions were clear and easy. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Beyond expectation! I booked the single room one bed. It's incredible how functional a small space can be. It's also very clean.The bed and pillows are Comfortable. It's quiet but occasionally a pigeons or other birds step on a part of the roof above and you can hear them, but it's very minor, I just thought I should note this for people who's extra sensitive to sounds, but they also have an ear plugs for you! Which bring me to the next part I like; The supplies given is very good; slippers, wine, coffee machine, electric kettle, cups and glass, toiletries, etc. staffs and cleaners are very friendly and helpful. Would 100% come again.

Perfect location!! Very close to the bus station and all the shopping and restaurants. From the time that you open the front door it is squeaky clean and modern. The room was fabulous with good linens, plenty towels, water and even a small bottle of wine! Despite its location, it is very quiet, but they even provide earplugs should you need it. Good airconditioning!! The check in process was easy.

The balcony should have partitions so that people aren't camped out under your window. There is nothing that is bad about this hotel. There are only 8/9 rooms so the noise is very limited.

The staff was very accommodating. We arrived very early and they found a place for our luggage without hassle or worries. The room is large and very clean. The bathroom is big and very modern.

The absence of an elevator posed a challenge, especially when handling luggage, making it less convenient.

My stay at this hotel was characterized by an outstanding location, close to the city center and conveniently surrounded by various food stores, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. The room itself was remarkably comfortable, and the presence of a taxi station right in front of the hotel proved to be a practical perk.

Nothing to complain about . If I’m asked to stretch we heard churchbells Sunday at like 9am but then was time to wake up anyway . Also due to historic nature of building there is no lift , it’s just two floors but there are steps to climb

Pigeons on roof trotting across skylight on night.

The hotel was central to bus station, beach, old town, everything on your doorstep. Spotlessly clean. I was a female traveling alone and felt totally safe. I would definitely recommend for solo travellers.
