Nothing! Everything was perfect!

The host was very accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. He is also flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was extremely helpful. The whole place made us feel at ease. He was very nice, easy to talk to and very friendly when he welcomed us. The space was very clean and had all of the necessities for a few night stay. The neighbourhood outside the apartment had a lot of life within walking distance. However, it was very quiet when you were in the loft. The apartment was within walking distance of some tourist attractions. This is definitely the perfect place to stay in Kavala. We stayed here for the second time. We would definitely come again!

We were happy being in that lovely apartment. It is immaculately clean, specious and very well equipped with whatever you need. The terrace is a place we especially liked. Special thanks to Alexandros who can't be more supportive host.

I liked everything.

The apartment was very clean, perfect location, very friendly and supportive host. Communications with Alexandros, (the owner/host), were very easy, no problems at all. When I made the reservation for the apartment, it was 2:00 a.m. and he answered in a couple of minutes. He gave us a lot of information, about the beaches, interesting historical sites, just anything.

The only thing I had a personal problem with, was the street where it’s at. Very high hill and narrow. Parking is a little complicated if your are a bad Parker like me.

A beautiful flat with a beautiful view. They have two apartments. Try to book the one with the balcony. Ours just had a little corner at the entrance door where the other guests had to passed by to go to their apartment. The bed is very good, the Klima doesn’t make any noise. The owner was very kind and helpful.

Everything was perfect - the beautiful and all new appartment is very nice and furnished with style and the kitchen is fully equipped. It’s located just by the aquaeduct in a quiet and authentic, typical for Kavala area and most important it is in the center - the restaurants and the shopping streets are at hand’s reach. The view from the terrace is fantastic. And the communication with the owner is perfect - very responsive and helpful. Whenever I can, I will come again, for sure!

Nothing much to complain about, really. Maybe the only thing missing from this place would be a washing machine in case of long-ish stays. Other than that the place is perfect.

This was an amazing find. It's located within walking distance to the center (which is important because Kavala is very hilly so some places can be exhausting to get to especially after a long day and a couple of ouzos). The place has been recently renovated so everything seems new. It is very well equipped with TV, wifi, frigde, etc. Very clean. The view is incredible. Both the sea and the aqueduct can be seen from the balcony. Alexandros, the host, is quite responsive and very accommodating. We travelled with a baby and he was able to get us a cot. Great experience. I would definitely stay here if I ever go back to Kavala.

We had an experience at home 5-star hotel standards. Towels were new, soft and the house was very clean. You can walk to restaurants, markets and the beach in 3 minutes. Our host took care of all the details and was very helpful. If I go to Kavala again, I would like to stay again.
