I have no words to describe how fantastic was our stay at the hotel! It is exceptional in everything, from chiс and modern design with attention to every little detail to luxurious quality of service. Staff is super friendly and they literally go above an beyond to ensure that you have the best experience while staying at their hotel and they really enjoy that! You feel like you are welcomed there. Amazing feeling! The food is very delicious and served with style - pure enjoyment for a taste and for an eye. We expected this place to be amazing but it even exceeded our already high expectations If paradise exists that would be this place!

Everything was fine. The hotel is close to the airport but noise was not a problem (planes taking off in the other direction when we were there).

Recently opened and still pristine, the resort has good design and facilities. The private pool for our room was big enough to take a few strokes (it was bigger than the average). Staff were very friendly and the restaurants were excellent - we particularly liked breakfast in the main restaurant and dinner in the Cretan restaurant. The village of Karteros is nothing special, but Knossos is about 15 minutes away by car.

It needs a bar on the beach.

It’s an amazing, modern hotel with all the amenities. The smart room features and personal concierge service are a nice touch. The heated private pool was fantastic, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and joyful as possible, even organizing a wine tour for us in a nearby vineyard. The food was excellent, the bar offered wonderful signature cocktails and local craft beers. The luxury spa with massage and sauna was deeply relaxing.

The surrounding land is a bit rough and run down and a 50 euro round trip into the town. The beach had a lot of litter and a bar would have been great.

The staff were so lovely kind and helpful the best service I have ever experienced on holiday. It’s was a very relaxing atmosphere and very clean every where.

This place is really special! Me and my partner had such an amazing time staying at this hotel. Firstly the staff were all so lovely/helpful and made us feel so welcome. We loved the design of this hotel, everything is so aesthetically pleasing and made us feel very relaxed. The breakfast selection was so vast and was really good quality. We were really happy with all our meals at this hotel and especially loved the sushi bar, such a chilled vibe. The rooms had great smart technology. The sun beds are really comfy and the pool area was really calm and relaxing. The spa was also so peaceful and we both had some amazing massages. 10/10, thank you! :)

The location is not far from the airport. With the sound proof room you don’t hear the planes. The restaurant at the hotel were very delicious. Staff was very nice and always smiling.

No fault can be given.

Very modern hotel, absolutely gorgeous. All the facilities were catered to guests. I can’t really find a fault. The food is high quality and with very generous portions. The rooms are built with latest technology and is definitely a smart room. The service from all staff members from reception to pool/beach staff, restaurant/bar staff and cleaners were amazing! they were extremely patient, efficient and friendly.

It is a pity that the surroundings outside the hotel are not (or not yet) landscaped. The contrast between the perfect and thoughtful design and the mess outside the hotel grounds is too glaring.

The Airport next door, a lot of noise, bad service, bad food. Restaurant the chairs are painful to sit in. The food in the "steake" House is poor. Burned our hands at some door-handels. The way to the beach is dangeros, the wooden planks jump up. There is not enough space in the bathroom to put anything. We slept two nights of our stay in another hotel, of course nobody noticed. Poor quality of towels. "Own driver" was promised to us. No, was a lie. Mini bar was not always refilled. Your Rentel car are parked in the sun the hole day.

Crete is a beautiful island in itself.

I never post reviews but this time I have to make an exception. Everything about this hotel is perfect. From breakfast,to staff,beach,just all of it. If you are looking for a quiet place to enjoy your holiday and relax,this is it. The food is amazing,we did not try one single thing that did not taste good. You have a lot of options for breakfast,lunch and dinner. The prices are more than fair for what you are getting. You have two restaurants to choose from for dinner and an amazing bar with the most gorgeous view for drinks. The staff is all you can wish for and more. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and grant you’r every wish. Always with a smile on their face,just a dream. The rooms are gorgeous,clean and spacious. The private beach is at walking distance from the hotel (a few meters) and if you are looking for the perfect sunset you will find it there. The location is also very good,basically 5 minutes away from the airport and 10 minutes away from Heraklion. There is not one single thing I can mention here as negative. Congratulations to the whole team for the amazing work 👍🏼
