Seafront location with a little port.The rooms were small but laid out well. The hotel is very clean and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towel’s being provided. The reception staff were helpful and polite. The waitress Alaxandra was wonderful and enhanced our stay there. The food was excellent and several choices were offered every evening. The quality and quantity cannot be faulted and the chef deserves a special mention. Amazing value for money.

Only downside of all our stay was that hotel building is little old, and some of the appliances also. But nothing to bother too much.

Hotel location in front of the small marina and by the seaside was wonderful. Pool was really nice addition and our room on ground floor in front of pool was really nice in daytime, but also at night when pool lights was on. It is nice and very clean hotel with really good staff members.

Lovely studio in front of the pool with easy access to the town as well as the other areas of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the girls working at the roof garden. Decent breakfast, but the self-service dinner was brilliant - delicious Greek specialities and lots of different options of freshly cooked food to choose from every night. Finally, the location is in close proximity to all the local shops, bars and restaurants, and, overall, a good spot to explore Central Evia. Shame that the nearby beaches are not as good as some of the ones further away, as that would make the destination ideal for those who don't like (or have the option) to travel much.

The property was amazing. The only thing was that the beach nearby was with small stones and you had to drive about 40min to get to a sandy beach, which made it a bit inconvenient when having kids.

The room was clean, with a great view and balcony. The swimming pool was amazing and you could order drinks from the hotel’s bar to enjoy while chilling in the pool. Staff was friendly and helpful, they welcomed us with a refreshing drink when we arrived in the hotel and also offered is water bottles when we left the hotel.

We only had breakfast one morning and only 4 tea bags available. The tea bags were Alto Gusto and very poor quality - so we had pale hot sweet milky water with no tea flavour :( There is no way to make tea in the room and a cup of tea will cost 3.60E - we ended up buying fruit, juice and other snacks to eat on our balcony every morning. We were also charged 20E extra when we paid for items charged to the room and the night reception fellow wanted us to sort it the next day before we left but we were leaving early next morning so sorted it out on the spot and were refunded. If you charge items to your room, we suggest you keep a list (like we ALWAYS do) with the prices so you can be sure of what you are paying for. Also make sure you sign for the items or perhaps do not charge things to your room. Some of the staff are very young and not very experienced - some hospitality training would be a great thing!!

After having read reviews for this hotel, I emailed regarding some concerns I had such as cleanliness, mould and noise. We were given a nice, clean room in the middle of the third floor so noise was minimal. The room was clean except for some oily marks on the bedspread. Bed was comfy, towels were changed often and were fluffy. I would like to mention that the concierge, Sotiris was very friendly and helped us when the wifi kept dropping out, great customer service and people skills and he always asked if everything was ok when we met him in the foyer. He also tried to secure a rental car for us but there none to be had anywhere on the island for the dates we wanted. The housekeeping ladies are always smiling and lovely :) We found a great seafood restaurant "Limanaki" just a quick walk from the hotel on the water front near the playground - perfection and better than the fancy restaurants further along in the town.

No access for babies’ strollers or disabled persons, we had to lift out baby’s stroller often. The room and shower area a bit small. Moreover, our baby was changed 15€ per night for her stay (which is understandable), but no cot was included in this price, you had to pay 10€ extra per night.

Parking is awkward on the main road but don't be put off, the hotel is well worth it.

When you arrive at this Hotel you would be forgiven for thinking from the back you may have made a mistake but enter from the front and it is another world, wonderful staff, beautiful view and perfect pool. Would definitely stay again. A short stroll along the front brings you to a lovely little Greek town with good bars and restaurants.

Getting into the sea should be substantially improved - steps going into the sea should be more accessible.

Location is amazing. Sea is the first thing you see when you wake up and you hear the sea all the time. It is wonderfully soothing.
