Clean, comfortable, flexible hours, good breakfast, talkative/informative staff. You can also leave your luggage in case you haven’t checked in or out for some hours. The prices are reasonable as well and the location is perfect as it’s close to the centre and the harbour as well. The owner is a lovely man who’s always there to help and give tips and information. You’ll feel like you’re staying at a friends house and not a hotel.

Very good attitude of the owner towards guests. Great breakfast. Good location of the hotel, although a little noisy at night. The proximity of the coffee has an effect.

Hot water, tea/coffee service at night would have been nice

The location of the hotel was very close to the ferry area, Lesbos port and the whole city center. Since it was 5 minutes away in the city, we had easy access to everywhere. The owner of the hotel Mr. Giannis Papadakis was very friendly and the breakfast service was very good. Since I was sick, he also offered chamomile tea for breakfast. It was located on a very safe and quiet street preferred by the Turks, very nice and very close to the bakery on the corner :) We were able to reach the ferry from the hotel by walking with our luggage. If I come to Lesbos again, I will stay in the same hotel and recommend it to my friends.

I didn’t like so much my bed cause it wasn’t soft but it was okay to me

I loved the location-- so close to the beautiful harbor, the castle, and in an amazing neighbourhood of quaint twisting streets full of shops and restaurants. Excellent place to walk, day and night. Loved my room in the attic with the windows over the beds where you could see the stars at night. Some guests were smoking which really diminished my enjoyment but that is not a critique of the hotel.

No black-out curtains. Old window shutters. No window net. Some details in the bathroom need renewing.

Right in the city center. Clean. Friendly host. I appreciate the extra supplies in the room: one-use slippers, bottle of water, bathroom mat.

It has nothing to do with the hotel, The street noise travels up when your window is opened but fades away when shut. A good ear plug would work perfectly.

The location was prime. Central, close to the harbour, loads of places to within walking distance. It had a sense of old manor. The staff were excellent, courteous, and friendly. It's just exceptionally good.

Parking is a bit issue but host helped us a lot. Do not follow the navigation, instead call him (I have seen his message a bit late).

Nice location. Well insulated windows although it is very close to pubs and restaurants. Nice breakfast.

The hotel's location was really great, and they did a good job with cleanlines. Giannis, the hotel manager, was also very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend this place.

Location was excellent, close to most things. Staff were friendly and courteous. Giannis and his Mother (owners) were extremely helpful and kind. They went out of their way to assist when a medical issue arose. The hotel, although dated its spotlessly clean and has a old world charm about it. Will definitely stay again.
