Great family resort. The hotel staff are really friendly and helpful. We were one day late and asked for date change, they immediately responded to our request and even offered a late cold dish when we arrived, since the dinner was over. We also loved our pool view apartment, especially in the morning with a coffee. Overall, it’s a great value for money resort.

The temperature of the food wasn't great, luke warm at its best, which was a shame but quite typical of buffet style restaurants. It would have been great to have an outside BBQ or some other option for food. Another bar would be nice for a change in scenary.

The staff were all exceptional, it was like they were one big family. The hotel was very clean along with beautifully maintained gardens. Breakfast offered everything to cater for all so no real complaints there. Our room was spacious & our special requests were honored, for which we are very grateful.

• The lack of water bottles! They don't leave water in the room. You have to get glasses of water from the bar or buy water from the shop next to the hotel. • The room was nice, but the bathroom was too small, and that was a bit inconvenient.

The food was exceptional and the dining area was recently refurbished. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Moreover, the rooms are recently refurbished as well, meaning that they are comfortable and large. In addition to having a beautiful and large swimming pool, the hotel is located near the beach, which allows the customers to go for a swim in the sea whenever they like.

Nothing really. Everything was fine.

I was concerned because of some comments from previous years, but I can say that everything is opposite. Food is great and diverse, drinks are ok, especially in the bar. Stuff is amazing and pleasant, I never seen that in Greek hotels on this level (been in 5 star ones as well!). Maintenance is also great. Beach is nice with enough sunbeds and umbrellas, there is only this big rock in the sea, but this is mot up to hotel. :) P.S. Room was exactly like on pics.

The only thing I didn't like was the Conventional Hood, which was not good in either the dining room or in the room.

Even tho we read about that, it must be said that only entrance of the sea is covered by sand. The rocks starts after few meters and it’s not best option for people who want to swim

Beach is average, no beach bar directly at the beach and you need to bring the drinks by own from pool bar. Little choose of snacks between breakfast and lunch. For the beach you should wear water snickers for the entrance to the water. Not really suitable for small childernd to sweem No drinks in minibar. No tea or water in the room.

Service was very good. Good was nice with a lot of variety of different types of food and deserts. Staff is kind and professional. Quite location with a lot of trees and forest around. Great for families and to get rest. Not crouded in September.

There were times when there was no hot water. The pool water was cold. The wi-fi connection in the room specifically was very poor.

Excellent location. The resort is perfect for a family, very family friendly place. The staff were very kind, always with a smile on their faces. Room was extremely nice, modern decor, very clean. There was a wide variety of food all of which we tried from was delicious. The resort is beach front, so the beach is literally a step away. Private sun-beds and umbrellas at the beach, any time of the day, there was always availability of them. Private parking.

Actually it's not a problem with the hotel but should be considered before booking - the sand on the beach is quite rough and the bottom of the sea is actually a rock so I would recommend a pair of shoes. The other thing I didn't quite like was the configuration of the room. Again it's not a problem, it's more a matter of personal taste. The suite consists of one long and not very wide room separated in two spaces by a glass sliding door, so you shouldn't expect any privacy for example if you're family with kids for example.

Dining room not very clean - food residuals on the floor till next meal, area around the pool- split drinks and ice cream on the tables by the pool not cleaned for days. Bus going to Neos Marmaras did not work

The rooms are big, room cleaning service everyday. Well organized meals. Beach very near and nice, water was very clean and transparent. Location - in the middle of the forest.

Internet works around the pool but very poor signal in the rooms. The drinks quality is not so good, especially the juices for the kids low quality. The pool it's ok but seems a bit old and not so clean on the bottom you can se some blue pieces. Even so, I saw the boy cleaning it in the evening.

Liked the room, bed was very confortable, bath very clean and modern, restarant offers a very good and diverse food. Facilities include sport areas. Very good resort for families with kids. Also liked the beach, even if is only 2 meters of sand, the rest is concrete or rocks and after 10m the sea is sundenly very deep, I liked that, water was clear, it was very nice for diving and swiming with the fish.

The place is clean, comfortable beds, large rooms, spacious balcony, diverse food, the beach is close but with stones, but you have the possibility to go by car to visit other cities, as the location is located in the middle of the arm of the peninsula.
