Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

United KingdomThe food was good but could have been more varied. Still, there were quite a few different options.
We stayed with our 2 year old daughter in the hotel for a few days. The room we were allocated was spacious and had a small open partition at the top that separated our baby's bed from ours which allowed us to watch TV when she was already asleep without disturbing her but being able to hear her at all times. Everything was very clean. The staff were very friendly and made our stay very pleasant, especially the entertainment staff who made our daughter have a great time, during the night we enjoyed the mini disco and different shows every night. The pools are well-maintained and clean and there are plenty of sunbeds. The hotel is located on a hill, with nice views from the dining room and a free shuttle service is available. We had a car and didn't go to Kiotari but we visited Glystra Beach which is a 5 minutes drive from the hotel and is a fine sandy beach ideal for children.

PortugalShort parking offer - Was only only possible to park outside the hotel limits (not a big constraint but would be nice to have more parking spaces inside).
Reception Desk Staff - We were first lodged in a room close to some noise source. When we reported this we were immediattly moved to an equivalent room in a different location without any noise. We were offered with a late check out in case we needed. Pools size looked to be balanced regarding the number of guests - we could use one of them without difficulty. Food offer is balanced in both dinner and breakfast.

DenmarkThe only thing we are a little bit sad about is the food. It got a little repetitive and most of the time had the same food options. They have a nice selection of both cold and warm options, it just got a little boring. The dessert option was also a little bit of a let down, but at least we ate lots of fruits. I’d highly suggest getting different kinds of display for the food names. The food cards were very generic and a lot of things didn’t have a card with it so we were unsure what we are trying. The wifi was also little slow from time to time. Maybe if there were more routers set up that could help.
we have just celebrated our honeymoon at Princess Sun, and we stayed for 10 days. We had an amazing room that was mainly with mountain view, but still had a great view of the sea. The rooms are daily cleaned and they even provided bottles of water each day. The staff is very very friendly and accommodating. The pools are very nice with lots of sunbeds and place for everyone. We really appreciated the bus shuttle to the beach, never had a complain about that. And the beach bar is also really nice with lots of food. There is also the chance for different water sports, which is not part of the all inclusive package, but worth trying it out. The hotel even has a little shop, where you can find everything from snacks to drinks, bathing suits, bags and any kind of toiletries. Very nice touch for the hotel, considering it’s location:) The animation team is great at organising both daily activities and the jight entertainment.

United KingdomWhat we missed at breakfast was porridge. Sometimes the weather was unpleasant one would like to stay in and watch TV, but unfortunately the channels was all of the news only.
We stayed in this hotel for a week. Our stay was a 5 star hotel, not a 4 star. We had a very pleasing welcome surprise, bottle of wine, fruits, sandwiches, because we arrived late. We was well treated during our stay. The room was amazing, very quiet. The food was very nice and very tasty. The spa was very good as well. All the staff are very kind and friendly. The beach is a pebble beach 15 min.walk from hotel, but the hotel provide a minibus, if you do not like to walk. We had another surprise a goodbye gift, very nice of them. When you check out you can still use all the facilities till the last minute you leave the hotel. What we expected from this hotel we received even more. If we have a choice we will return back to this hotel.

IsraelThe location isn't the best, it's pretty far from most places but we didn't mind.
The staff was incredible! They gave us the best feeling, helped us with everything we needed and made our stay perfect. The hotel feels very new and modern. The shuttles to the beach are comfortable and the restaurant there is amazing. Food was good, sometimes it was great and sometimes it was ok but we enjoyed it all the time and there was a vast variety of food. (Valendino the waiter was fantastic!) The animators were very good, we're 26 years old and they entertained us. Volleyball was perfect!

LatviaThe main complaint is food. Breakfast had enough variety, but it was same every day (we stayed 10 nights). The food was quite basic. We were shocked by the lack of real butter (not margarine). Sweets were low quality, we didn’t even touch most of it. Dinners were a bit better, but not consistent. There was once a dinner with a freshly grilled fish, but it was barely eatable - very dry and tasteless. At least, tomatoes and cucumbers were tasty and always available:) Disclaimer - we are Latvians and are very picky for the good food ;) Eating bred with Nutella is not our thing ;)
located on the hill which gives nice views from the rooms. Territory is medium sized, well kept and is nice to walk through. Evening animation activities were good and we even spent some time watching them :) The best feature of the hotel is the beach which is reachable by regular shuttle bus or by your own car (5min). We stayed with 3 years old daughter and she could swim and play on the seashore by herself, playing with small pebbles and going into the water. The bar on the beach actually has better food quality than the hotel itself, so all our lunches were on the beach which was very pleasant experience!

GreeceThe lounge bar is lovely but not open until 6pm therefore you can only use the pool side bar during the day. Pool bar open at 10am after breakfast therefore for the early birds no coffee in the pool before this times.
M,Staff were wonderful.A special thanks to Catriana, the bar tender from the swimming, the shuttle bus driver and the entertainment's team. Everyone was exceptional. Hotel very clean. Good variety of food.I will recommend to go in the afternoon in the beach bar owned by the hotel, great buffet there ,beautiful setting, all including with your all inclusive. You can hire boat there for 30 Euro per person. Boat will take you to Lindos,St Paul Bay and back. You can hire a car in the hotel for 60 euro a day which is very reasonable. Well worthy to visit Rhodes,50 km away from the hotel ,of course Lindos ,15 km away and the butterfly valley, stunning place. We stayed in the room with sea view, confortable room, beautiful view, nice bathroom. All rooms have been refurbished. You have as well a lovely spa,2 swimming pool with loungers. Everyday we all found a lounger, hotel busy but not crowded. We were 5 people in the high season and we never struggled with queue or not finding a lounger with a parasol. Overall nothing bad to say about the hotel. Beach 1.5 km away which you can easily walk or take the shuttle bus.Just a bit of a claim to come back by walk. Hotel quiet,11pm entertainment stopped. Bare in mind after 11pm your drinks are no more all inclusive. We all will recommend this hotel to anyone ,Staff make this place even more special.

BelgiumAs I said, food was good. Some days better than others. But for a 4 star Hotel it could be better in some aspects: dairy free and gluten free options must be available. (Only soja and almond milk at breakfast was available). Desserts were a real bad point..... everything was with whipped cream.
We LOVED our stay! The room was very spacious with garden and a lovely view. The staff was wonderful. From the reception to the restaurant to the snack bar (big plus for Mrs. Kamelia and Mr. Manolis = his piñas coladas are on top). The animation team was also very kind (especially Sandro and Alessandro :-) ) We really enjoyed our stay. If we go back to Kiotari we’ll definitely stay again at Princess Sun. The food is good, there are many options and a good variety. Best time was the dinner with fresh fish. Pizza at the pool was very good. One if the best pizza we eat outside Italy. But I have to say, that in general it could be improved

RussiaIt is a fine match between the prince and the quality. As we were there with the family, we like kids animation team (fun mini-disco and games afterwards) and kids club. The food was good, but I am not very picky in that sense. It might be a bit of an inconvenience that it is not next to the beach, but we knew that beforehand. And there is a free mini-bus, so they deal with it nicely. Anyway my kids loved the pools more than the sea. Big thumbs up for the fitness trainer girls. We loved her contagious enthusiasm no matter if she was dancing at a mini-disco or teaching you aqua aerobics.

United KingdomSome of the food options were limited or repetition and there were no speciality restaurants but I didn't really mind this
I loved this hotel and was so happy that I booked it. From the moment we arrived the staff were so friendly and welcoming (especially George who works at reception). The entertainment team were lovely and I really enjoyed doing yoga with Anna in the mornings, they put on shows most evenings. There were two large pools and a third water slide/splash pool, with a pool bar serving cocktails and really yummy freshly cooked pizza. The restaurant was good, as a vegetarian and a non fish eater our options were a bit limited but there were always things we could eat that were tasty. The room was really comfortable and the bathroom was modern and really clean. The hotel was small enough that it felt like you could get to know staff and other guests. On our first night we were brought a fruit basket and bottle of wine and on our last night we were brought a gift bag (I believe because we booked directly rather than though a tour company). I would recommend this hotel to anyone, we had an amazing time and would love to come back one day. We have since stayed at another local, more expensive five star hotel and princess sun is far better!

AzerbaijanOne of the evenings there was a very bony fish which not only kids couldn't eat but adults also. Didn't like that people "reserve" sunbeds leaving their towels and went for their own bussines in somewhere else - if you came to beach after late breakfast, it's so difficult to find vacant umbrela/sunbeds.
We loved our stay at this hotel. View from our room was splending, specially when it's sunrises! Placement is excellent for thouse who like morning runnings - I used two different routs - more flat when you run along the seashore and whith climbs and downs to/from hills. They have a playground, kid's club, pool and, special thanks to best of the best animation team - mini-disco every evening :) And mini-game as well :) Unlimited apple juice for my 3 yars old douther - she liked to order this drink in bar:)
