We liked the location and the size of the rooms, comfy beds, good layout of the apartment overall.

The apartment with one double bad and one sofa bed, isn’t a good choice for four adults. The sofa bed wasn’t fit for two persons, although we made it work for us.

The apartment was really clean and nice. The position was fantastic, I think it was the best thing about the apartment. Although it was really difficult to find parking spot’s for our car.

It took me an hour to find it… Keys are picked up from Green Motion whose address is listed at Petroy Filippa Panagoy which is not in my Google Map search. I asked locals and was directed to a street with similar name 1/4 mile away. Asking other people on that street I was directed to the correct street which has the sign “P Filippa”. It could do with some maintenance- it was not possible to stop the shower dripping and the toilet seat was loose.

A very large apartment with outside patio, dining area, large kitchen with basic facilities, comfortable bedroom. A convenient base in the town around 10 mins walk to the KTEL stop for buses around Lefkada.

poor shower, air conditioning not working, some unsafe looking plugs and electrics, lack of kitchen equipment. One mug for three people, two hangers. Leaks on balconies. Broken pegs. This apartment needs updating and refurbishing. it is really tired! Chris and His colleague were as helpful as they could be, fixed the shower head, and did offer to move us to another apartment for our final night. we didn’t want to pack up all our stuff again at that point. But I cannot fault the staff trying to do their best.

We are very happy with the apartment. Perfect location - 50 m from the Marina and 50 m from the main street. The hosts were very friendly. We slept 3 people in the apartment, the coach was very comfortable and it is possible to sleep 2 people on it without problem. The apartment is very clean with 2 big balconies, so very recommended for stay in Lefkada.

Exceptional location with family like atmosphere close to all cultural spots as well as the beaches. We could even rent bicycles on site to get around. Just talk to Aphroditi and she'll make sure that you'll have the best time you can imagine.

Apartment was really beautiful and clean. It has a nice terrace overlooking a square and marina. It is amazing to have dinner and a glass of vine there. Lady Afroditi, who gave us keys and also arranged car was very very friendly and helpful. Great services!

We were “upgraded” to a sea-view apartment but the bed felt so shaky as if it was gonna break, it was not comfortable at all, we had a sleepless night. We contacted the property during the night itself but no one replied at all even on the next day. We had no choice than to call booking.com and only had a response from them on the next evening.. The initial proposition from the property was for us to sleep on the couch (imaging paying for an apartment and having to sleep on a couch…). We eventually we had to stay from 9pm till 11pm on the 2nd night to wait for them to repair the bed. The shower water pressure was very low, and there was mold under the silicone which was unhygienic. We had no hot water past 10pm, and according to the property, it is because all the other residents have used up all the hot water! Very disappointing for us, and when we tried to negotiate for a compensation for the first night, we were proposed a ridiculous amount, not even enough to buy a souvlaki….

Great location in the center of Lefkada city, you can find anything in walking distance. Spacious and luminous apartment. Kind personel, gave us helpfull tips for the island.
