Everything! The staff here were the best. Professional but went above and beyond our expectations. All staff from our first greetings to the morning breakfasts to our wonderful housekeeping staff. The place is beautiful. Overall experience was EXCELLENT!

Everything was excellent. From the moment we stepped our foot into the reception area from our welcome drinks to the staff and the ride to the room.  Absolutely gorgeous views,private beach, breakfast was phenomenal.  A must stay when visiting Samos.

The private beach is too small considering the number of guests

Quality of stay in the resort in every little detail For example : a daily gift left in the room Professional staff very friendly and efficient Location of the hotel facing a wonderful sea panorama. Quiet guests mainly adults from anywhere in Europe (many from scandinavia) except France. This is common in dodecanese islands. No kids running everywhere or screaming at the pool, therefore a peaceful resort. Excellent place to forget a year of work and to « charge your battery »

A few minor suggestions - tissues in room would be handy. Late afternoon drinks at the bar - don’t forget insect repellant for the annoying little sand flies!!

Brilliant location with wonderful breakfast views, private secluded beach and exceptional pool /pool area. The staff were always helpful and friendly. Buggies always available for the climb back up from beach though not often needed. Highly recommended.

The property is located in a very strategic place: the airport is about 10 min away by car and it is perched on the cliff-side, allowing guests to enjoy sea views.

This is a a excellent choice for a low-stress, comfortable stay. The facility is expansive, complete and well maintained. It is a well managed operation, with attentive staff delivering superb service. Joanna set the tone upon our arrival, which she followed up on each day of our stay. Although one could easily spend their stay on site, the Pythagorio Harbour is a short convenient taxi away. It offers plenty of strolling, dining and shopping options.

Everything about the hotel was amazing. Great location, good breakfasts, wonderful staff. Had an awesome stay at the hotel. I nearly forgot, we used to find little gift packages from the hotel in our room when we returned at night. What a brilliant gesture.

the pillows in the rooms could have been softer,

Excellent resort for a quite & exciting retreat in Samos. Very helpful stuff, superb service ! Great private beach with bar on top of it! Rooftop garden restaurant with breathtaking views for breakfast/dinner.

The bed was not as soft as i would of liked and coffee at breakfast was not up to standard expected.

Breakfast was special thanks to Alti the chef and his tasty Omelettes. Thank you also to IRAKLY for good table service. We also had EXCEPTIONAL service from AGELIKI from house keeping. COFFEE BY PAULA AT THE POOL BAR WAS THE BEST IN SAMOS.

The food does not match the standard that is upheld by the rest of the hotel. The dinner is a buffet that costs 30 euros per person and was luke warm (sometimes even cold), so very bad value for money. Lunch at the poolside restaurant is also underwhelming.I would advise to eat off premise.

The room was modern and spacious and thanks to the free upgrade we got one with a private pool. The bed was very comfortable. Also the general facilities (beach beds, main pool) are very nice. The staff is great! Very kind and attentive.

Room/facilities are a bit dated. View from breakfast is incredible, but the buffet is adequate, not special. We didn't have dinner at the hotel as they only serve a buffet, and by reputation, it's pretty poor. If it was considered high quality, or they had a well-regarded other restaurant on-site for dinner, it would be ideal, as it's such a beautiful place, it would be wonderful to spend a day without ever leaving the property. ON the other hand, with the incredible food options 10 minutes away in Pythagorio, life is good!

Pure and simple - the private beach at this resort is absolutely serene and gorgeous. Perhaps the best we've experienced in our travels to 9 Greek islands, New Zealand, Australia, Mexico, Carribean, Hawaii, etc.

Nothing ... it was perfect

This is an amazing hotel - highly recommended and will not disappointed even the most critical travelers - it is adults only and provides a relaxing and quiet setting with pristine cleanliness and professional staff who know how to take care of their guests - HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS ONE... its trily a 10!!
