Nothing, this was what we needed to chill after travelling the island.

We loved our stay at Pyrgos Blue, relaxed by the pool by the sea. The room was luxurious and the hosts were amazing, very chilled. A short walk to all the amenities but far enough to be private and quiet. Will return next time in Crete.

Nothing really - everything was truly great.

Rooms are very well decorated, very comfortable but the views (the sea & mountains) and the staff are what made it so so special.

20min walk from the old town, didn't feel comfortable to walk that part by myself in the dark, but should be fine.

Gorgeous location, situated at the beach with nice pool and pool bar. The rooms are super clean and modern and with great views. The staff is amazing and very helpful when my room key wasn't working and offered a drink whilst waiting.

The hotel is perfectly positioned with great facilities and only a short walk to great restaurants in Old Town. Our room was outstanding and made the use of the hot tub every evening. The staff couldn’t do enough to help, a truly amazing holiday.

Lovely facility, just not the best location being places right next to an abandoned/half built building. Kinda ruining the view from the bedroom terrace. Additionally, poolside bar didn't have many options for a nice breakfast. Nothing that was otherwise promised, just something on which the structure could improve!

Room was beautifully decorated. Jacuzzi was impeccable. Great design and comfort in general.

Amazing hotel! Would go back again and again. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had an incredible view of the beach from our jacuzzi tub. The pool and restaurant area was perfect for hanging out on the wavier days and enjoying a good meal. Everything we ate was delicious and tasted very home made. The staff provided some great dinner recommendations for in town too. Absolutely recommend, everything was 10/10 hope to come back soon!

Directly at the beach but not in the busy part of the beach. Walk distance to the center and beach clubs. Nice Restaurant and family owned.

Absolutely everything but special mention to the hosts who make it all so perfect with their warmth and attention to detail in the accommodation, cleanliness, grounds and locally sourced produce for their menu.

Nature, it looks exactly like on photos. Everything is modern and new. We had everything we needed there. It's secure, private and very relaxing.

Malia itself is very, very touristy. It’s very Atlantic City. To walk into old town you walk on busy streets past a cemetery and go-kart track and watch out for the turkeys on the fence on side of road because I almost lost an eye!!!

Loved the bar and pool area. The room is so cute and clean and the hot tub on the balcony is fantastic. We only stayed a night but it was fabulous. Do yourself a favor and go to Avli for dinner. Take a car to Volusima Beach; it’s stunnnning.

The unit was clean and well decorated. The staff also very nice and helpful. The breakfast at the pool bar always great and many choices. The view and location are fantastic!

Everything was nice.

We had a great time here, the room looked exactly like in the photos and it was very clean. The staff was nice and helpful, the pool was also nice and the food and drinks from the bar were also good. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hard to find check in desk at first. There is a check in for the apartments in same building. New construction of another hotel or similar on the property just west of Pyrgos Blue. While no construction going on, it did slightly obstruct sea view to the west.

Large room with updated bath. King size bed, big balcony, great sea view of Malia Beach. Quiet location away from Malia strip. Beautiful and large pool area with lots of pool deck and yard seating. Great view for breakfast from poolside restaurant, Prices for food and drinks very reasonable. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops in old town.

I couldn't think of anything

The location is amazing, far enough from the mental hussle and bussle of Malia and comfortable enoughr to dip in to party central by foot.
