We have no complaints about our hosts.

In advance, the host discussed with us on the phone about our probable arrival at the place. When we arrived, we notified our host, who immediately provided us with the keys for check-in. The apartment was prepared in advance and equipped with everything we needed. The location of the apartment is ideal for the beach and the city center. We had a perfect holiday.

The shower is a little occurred. It’s impossible not to get water in the floor while taking a shower. But it’s not necessarily a very big deal.

The location is great. The terrasse is amazing overlooking the beach. The people, Nikos and Maria are very nice and welcoming people. The accommodation was very good for 5 adult people.

Only 1 air conditioning in the center of the apartment. In order to cool all the rooms needs to keep the doors open during the night which is not that ok if you want privacy or have someone that snores 😀

Everything was great, the location is extraordinary-the beach is right next to the apartments in 2 minutes walk maybe not even 2 minutes. The hosts are very friendly, very welcoming and always there if you need anything. There is also parking available. We stayed at the small apartment but there was plenty room for everything, they have a cot available if you are traveling with a baby.

First of all, the location. The apartment is very close to the sea. Basically, you only have some trees between you and the wonderful view. For us proximity to the sea was a key element, as we needed flexibility in reaching the beach with the small children. I worked during our entire stay and I had the greatest office I had so far, using the large table on the huge terrace, with a view to the trees and the sea. Very thoughtful hosts, have two separate wi-fi areas, for the terrace/garden and within rooms, so I had access to great wi-fi (good also for video calls, zoom, teams, etc) irrespective of where I worked from. Nicely compartmented apartment, adequate for our two families. Free on site parking. It is not state of the art, latest modern furniture or equipment, or anything, and there are still a bunch of things that could be fixed or painted or invested in, but you can definitely see that there is dedication from the hosts to provide best experiences with what is available while keeping an accessible price offer. I warmly recommend the apartment (we had the large apartment on the first floor).

We liked everything

We were in the largest apartment on the top floor with three bedrooms. There is a beautiful view of the sea from the large terrace. The apartment is clean, comfortable and has everything you need. It is located in front of the beach. Close to the center, but still in a quiet place at night to rest. The hosts are great and always available. Everything was great and we will definitely come again.

Smaller terrace and no seating area inside this apartment. Some issues with mold under the sink and occasionally ants in the kitchen (the latter is probably a costal thing and generally not distressing). Very weak internet this year.

This was our second time staying in the property. Location is really great and the hosts are nice. Giving it a rating of 8 because of location and cleanliness; but while our three-bedroom apartment upstairs in the same property last year was really great and comfortable, the two-bedroom downstairs facing the street was not as great.

In the three-bedroom apartment, one toilet is not enough for a minimum of 2 families.... I suggest a French model WC where there is a washing machine..

Our windows were next to the street so it was a bit loud from the traffic. Also, bedroom doors were hard to close, you had to use a lot of force. Suggestion for the host is to equip apartments with mosquito/fly swapper, we really needed one.

Two bedroom apartment was ideal for our family. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is well equipped and location is great. Nikos and his mother are really nice. Air-conditioning is efficient and each rooms has its own inner unit, which was convinient.

It’s hard to say we didn’t like something because everything was as expected. A hairdryer would have been nice to have, maybe a tv so you can watch Netflix or listen to music, and some spare blankets as it got a bit chilly during our stay. However we had air conditioning and were able to warm the space up in no time.

Great location for Nea Kalikratia, easy to find parking on the street. We had a small studio apartment for three, with a big terrace where we could chill at night and hang out. The apartment was newly furnished and clean. The owner was flexible with checkout, we asked what would happen if we arrive after 11pm and he responded “don’t worry just call when you get here”. He met us at the entrance and waited for us to leave on checkout day. I recommend this apartment as it’s a great value for money, for people who just need a place to sleep and be out all day beaching 😊.
