Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandIt was a 20 minute walk to Linda’s centre. We loved that but if you were not so able it might be a problem. We loved being away fro the crowds. It was calm and peaceful.
The welcome from Vicky was amazing. Felt so at home. From start to finish our three night stay was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast choice was AMAZING! Can’t say enough about this find.

Tucked away in hills with great views, lovely and quiet. 10 min walk down hill to Lindos. Breakfast was lovely. Picked from menu and served to table. Was partners birthday they made it extra special with cake & bubbly to. Love this place

Vicky made us feel at home and took the stress out of the holiday she organised transfers and a car rental which was all a stress free experience and at a fair cost. She even made my partners birthday special by decorating our room, organising a cake and a bottle of fizz. All the staff are welcoming and attentive to your personal needs. The deluxe room is fantastic and has everything you need with additional treats like wine , coffee machine and fruit. The balcony had a view of the lindos ruins which was lovely for evening drinks. Breakfast is filling and has a variety of Greek and English options, I’m going to miss the freshly squeezed orange juice. Location is perfect it’s close to a store, 10 min walk to Lindos which is far enough away to keep it peaceful. Lindos itself is a good place to stay if you want a mix of beach and culture like we do. We’re not usually people to return somewhere (as we like to experience new places) but I’m 100% sure we’ll return one year and we’ll certainly recommend to our family and friends. A lovely easy get away for autumn sun.

United KingdomFor the price everything was actually really perfect. The only tiny criticism is that the bed wasn't the comfiest but for the price it was just what I needed.
Hotel Rafael had everything I needed for a lovely weeks stay in Lindos. The check in & out was easy. The pool was gorgeous. The location was super quiet & only a 15 minute walk to the center of Lindos with amazing beaches, shops, bars & restaurants. I was able to extend my check out till 6pm for €30. The on site restaurant was nice too. I traveled on my own and felt really safe in the hotel.

IrelandIt was so peaceful, the pool was the cleanest I've ever experienced. Rafael, Vicky and Antonio were so kind, relaxed and helpful. The room and the whole hotel was spotless and I only ever met one lovely lady who cleaned. I didn't have breakfast there as I catered for my own but i had a yummy lunch one of the days. The location is great, if you're not so able bodied it might be a consideration as the walk to Lindos town is 15 minutes, but it's an easy exchange for the peace and there are cheap taxis that can transport tired legs.

RomaniaWi-fi did not work in the room, frequently disconnecting though it seems to be a common problem in Lindos, not the hotel's fault. It did work in the bar area but it was very hot during the day.
Very nicely decorated room, large shower, balcony with a great view of the Acropolis, especially in the evening. Big and very clean pool. The room was very clean. The breakfast was very good and the food they serve extra at the restaurant was also good. Above all, the staff was very friendly, ready to accomodate any of our special requests, very kind and warm.
