How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

a 15 to 20 min walk to center. not too bad

The shower douche's height isn't adjustable, maybe some napkins could have been provided

Mattress too soft for us
The apartment is very clean, cosy and has everything to prepare coffee and a quick meal. The bathroom is very comfortable with a wide shower. The apartment is located at the first floor, so there's a stairs to reach it. We had apt 1, that has a nice balcony with table and chairs, it was very nice to have breakfast in the morning. We very happy about the area: very easy to park the car, very nice restaurants and elegant shops and bakeries all around. It was also easy to reach the centre by the see, by a 15 min walking. Strongly recommended.

Cleaning was not in the price and it was something that we were informed after booking the room. Plus there was nothing (a mob or sth) to help you clean the room by yourself. The towels were the same no matter the time of staying. These things should be mentioned on the platform.
Location was super nice!! And the apartment was just like the photo!

The apartment was a bit stinky as we entered for my husband who is allergic, was hard and i think It is sewage smell which was not comfortable but after a while it got really less. we had just one trash bags for 4 days which i found less, also 2 Coffee capsules for the whole stay.
The location: the location was the highlight which is really close to the old town and cafes and restaurants , you can park easily around.

Excellent for what we needed it for. Close to all amenities. Parking is complicated of you've hired a car but other than that, it was ideal. Good value for money.

Check in time is a bit late (3 PM), check out is a bit earlier (11 AM) than usual. But it's fine given that there is a luggage storage room.
This was the best accommodation during our trip to Greece. The apartment is new, well equipped, clean and rather spacious. There is a large balcony. They give you a code to access the room - no keys, no scheduling the meeting with the owner which is very convenient. Also, they have a luggage room: we used it before check in and after check out. There is a nice pizza restaurant on the ground floor.

There is no cleaning even if you stay for a longer period of time. There is no washing machine either.
Clean. Location is decent, although not ideal. Decent soundproofing.

No objections to the property whatsoever
The property is impeccably clean, and well equipped with kitchen utensils for stay of few days or even weeks. The location is excellent - supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies etc., are in close proximity and also close to the city center. Also, the service and responsiveness was excellent, being that it’s self check in and out. I extended my stay so needed to move rooms which went smoothly, they allowed early check in to accommodate me.

The bathroom could have a better ventilation, but it's not really a bi disadvantage
Being my second time staying at this establishment, I'm very satisfied with the amenities! Everything is as described! Super clean and comfy! The apartments are located in close proximity to everything! A plus is that, downstairs there is a very nice italian restaurant!

The apartment is great! Quite spacious,very clean and equipped with everything you need(fridge, AC and a very clean and spacious shower).The location was perfect for us, very close to the center and bus stations plus there were a lot of coffee places and bakeries nearby.
