I was given a joint room before requesting to change it. It was horribly loud as you could hear everything from the other room. Avoid rooms like: 312,412,512 unless u take both joint rooms. No privacy whatsoever.

Location is great. The reception was super helpful and great to change things around when things didn’t work out with the rooms

Excellent location and an easy walk to all the main sites. Good value room in what can be an expensive area. Helpful staff (especially Nikki) who gave tourist tips and made sure I was aware I had booked a room with no window (which I was).

They didn't offer me the room I booked, the room didn't have what was written in the reservation (Example: coffee machine), poor breakfast (coffee, orange juice, croissant) and it was at a bar in another location (100m from the hotel) the shower gel was missing. Hotel staff unable to resolve the situation they put me in. I insisted that they give me the suite I reserved but the receptionist was unable to make a decision without the approval of the manager who was not there. I waited until 6-7pm in the evening when, after many insistences, I managed to talk to the manager. After a not-so-friendly discussion, he offered me the room I reserved. I ordered champagne to be brought to my room, but they couldn't offer it to me because they don't have a restaurant, they don't have room service, they don't have anything. This was my experience in this hotel on my birthday.

Location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room with amazing views,

Fantastic location close to the city centre (150 m) to the markets, shops, restaurants, and transport (metro, buses). Staff were friendly and very helpful going the extra mile to give great service. The room was very comfortable, clean and well appointed. Amazing views of the Acropolis from your room. The hotel provided us with early check in, which allowed us to freshen up from our trip before exploring. I would recommend this hotel to any one staying in Athens, the hotel is brand new and the roof top breakfast area was not quite finished during our 4 night stay.

Not giving me the room I originally reserved! And also saying there is breakfast and I get box of tea and not even a choice of even milk or lemon! And two pastries and didn’t check if I ate gluten or not! I won’t offer breakfast if I’m still not ready for that!

Let’s start with the disappointment I made to reserve for the best room and I paid the highest price that was available then I was escorted to a room that I knew it wasn’t the one the lady at check in said it is and then checked and I called her and I told I paid for the suit and that for sure isn’t this room she came after a bit and escorted to another room this is the thing that I don’t like why I need to complain to get what I paid for why I wasn’t honered from the beginning and of course this created an ill feeling towards the establishment although I know that they had put (the owners) a lot of work to create this beautiful place!

NO WINDOW ROOM!!! Extremely noisy air ventilation. Not even a handle for clothes, no cupboard, no bathroom carpet, no space to move. Just a room same size with the bed and a bathroom. They needed two hours to answer to me if they would give me another room or refund the amount. No director, no manager, nobody on duty except for the very young and uneducated receptionists. Finally when I insisted and told them that I would call the National Tourism Organisation, they gave me my money back. They destroyed my day and had a really negative impact on my mood which persuaded my professional appointment. The photo below is the whole room.

This is not a hotel but more of a boarding house. No iron either in the room or on premises. No table in the room. Breakfast is claimed to be served from 07:00, but in reality one gets just a simple box with one cup of filtered coffee, some artificial juice and two halves of sugar-based donut. And on top, this box is brought to your room at 08:30 and not earlier, as apparently it needs to first be delivered to the hotel.

Location is very central. The premises are newly renovated, so all seems to be functioning for now.

-The room wasn’t clean when we came, there was still towels from previous clients. Housekeeping was gone so NOTHING was done until the next morning. No compensation, no intervention from manager. - the showers allows you to have a minipool in the bathroom due to the material used. -The room service is catastrophic, due to renovation they bring breakfast to rooms but they do that at 9 AM at best! - the staff is very kind but maybe too young or poorly trained. Thus overall we didn’t feel in a 4 stars hotel but more in a 2 stars hotel.

Everything was great! The room was clean and comfy. The staff were friendly and professional. The highlight is definitely the view of the Acropolis and the location at the historical center.
