everything was close to perfect, I'm very happy that I made this choice. cleanliness was the key word of this resort. the girl at the reception (I didn't remember her name) and the girl who served (Aferdita) were very kind and helped us with everything .Thank you and see you soon.

Wifi was quite bad in the rooms but OK near the pool. The pool was closed after 7 pm so no late evening swimming sadly. The room had a small kitchenette - with sink and stove, however absolutely no dishes - only 2 cups for coffee and 1 glass for water (no tea, or coffee, or anything else). Was not planning to cook but an extra few plates or a knife for cutting fruits would have been nice.

Overall satisfied with my stay. The staff is friendly, the rooms are dated but very clean. Breakfast was diverse and very good, the location is good and close to the beach. Worth the price.

Maybe a private sector on the beach, with sunbeds/umbrellas for the clients of Renaissance Resort would be a plus.

Excellent location in Chaniotis, an oasis with a super swimming pool with sunbeds/umbrellas in the middle, green plants around and private entrances to suites no higher than two levels of the buildings. Convenient distances to the beach and the center. Private parking. Buffet breakfast offers a variety of products, fresh and tasty. In other words, all you need to enjoy staying here.

Everything was top level. The water in the swimming pool was a bit cold, but it was fine considering it was September.

The location, close to the center (4 min walk) and to the beach - 2 min walk.

No parking space. During high season, parking in the area is extremely difficult to find

Refrigerator/mini bar not functioning. Air conditioning in junior suite only in living room. Same breakfast options every day. Overpriced.

Location is great - near to the beach/centre. Pool is clean and big. Junior Suite is comfortable, outside sitting area big enough. Staff’s very polite.

Very pleasant hotel with exceptionally well maintained large graden. Rooms are large and in excellent shape. Well maintained swimming pool. Has a distinct luxury feel. Garden and pool located in the middle of the establishment provide a resort-style privacy. A wide mx of international and Greek guests

The coffee was awful on taste (both from the machine and from the bar). The gym is very small and isn't equipped well. Sauna and steam bath are extra paid.

The location is great. Not in the center of the village, where is quite noisy, but close enough - 10min by walk. The beach is also 10min by walk. Free private parking. Rich breakfast. Great swimming pool. Great room (junior apartment - clean and with a lot of space. Definitely a location, which we will visit again and again !

Poor WiFi and missing parking lot, but I need to mention, cellular reception was bad all over and maybe that bad wifi was not their fault and parking spot was missing I think at 95% of location's in that area 😅

There is only one air condition in the junior suite and it is not in the bedroom. The people sleeping in the bedroom would have to leave the bedroom door open or sweat.

The parking lot was on the street. The Wi-Fi or GSM signal very bad.

The room was very clean, big enough for 3 people. The AC was working perfectly and the cleaning was done every day. The pool was big enough and the water was 29C, perfect for swimming.

The hotel room was a classic room, but had a very comfortable bed and a sofa, it is spacious and clean.

The property is very close to the beach, you can walk for 3-5 minutes and also the same time for centre. A big well done for the staff, cleaning , cooking, room because they were at high level, regarding the hygiene, comfort and serving. Also, the hotel has a clean, clear, comfortable ( temperature) swimming pool ( 10 am to 7 pm ) where you can enjoy, serving a Mojito, Orange fresh or cold frappe. Adding, the room was spacious, comfortable and everything ( TV, AC, bathroom) was functional.
