We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Fully renovated hotel, excellent beds, linens, bathroom, balcony sparkling cleanliness everywhere and no noise from hallways or other guests. Hotel offers one of the most comprehensive breakfasts I have ever seen, has a restaurant operating extensive hours, pool, gym and beautiful wrap around veranda at the reception/restaurant area. There is not enough space here to describe how well thought out is everything, but I simply have to mention kitchen/restaurant personel showing real greek hospitality, that is missing from all the mass tourism facilities, a special goodmoring and smile for every guest. Best Rhodes city hotel hands down (shops bars restaurants beach casino from20m away)

United KingdomI can honestly say there was nothing I didn't like on this particular stay. We chose Rohdos Horizon City for its location as we were competing in Rhodes half marathon. Excellent choice as it was near the start of the race and very convenient for the harbour and old town.
Everything. From the warm welcome we received at the reception to the smiling faces of all the staff. Honestly, a very nice hotel in a great location. Also a glass of fizz when you arrived was very well received.

Breakfast was simply amazing!!! so much choice, hot and cold. Hotel was spotless, staff at the Hotel very friendly and helpful. had dinner at the Hotel one night, which was exceptional, there was a party of twenty of us, very well managed, and very good value. Location was one min to sea front and a short walk to the Old Town.

Greecea small suggestion to make your image perfect. please use large refillable dispensers for the toiletries, so many little plastic bottles is a waste...
this hotel surprised me! its exactly as i thought a great hotel should be: fully renovated room with a nice balcony, comfortable beds lots of storage, space to put at least two suitcases on, spacious shower and lots of counter space, pretty good soundproofing, large tv, safe mini bar with free drinks, tea &coffee making facilities, extra pillows, black out curtains. The hotel looks better that the pictures, the lobby is huge with the adjoining restaurant sitting, and tons of tables and couches on the pretty veranda. Don't let me start with the breakfast: everything you could ask for, whatever your tastes are you will find it there - the buffet is being replenished till 10,30, i cant really thing of something missing. Add to this the amazing restaurant and kitchen staff, with a smile on their face, moving smoothly among guests, they deserve a raise, they are excellent ambassadors of your brand. No complaints from the reception staff either, smiling and helpful. I want to congratulate the owners too for making an effort to provide their guests an unforgettable experience, through their investments on facilities and deserving staff. (did not use they gym and pool but they looked very nice, clean and tidy). finally the hotel is centrally located with all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach nearby. but is also quiet and peaceful enough especially the back rooms. cant wait to find an excuse to return!!!

United KingdomIf I had to say anything, it would be the smallish pool. We went in April and due to being surrounded by buildings it was in the shade a lot.
Great hotel in good position. Close to the old town and beaches. Our room was wonderful. Beds were amazing - I wanted to bring mine home! Everywhere in the hotel is spotless and gleaming and every attention to detail has been taken. The breakfast is wonderful, so much choice! Staff were very attentive. We won't stay anywhere else in Rhodes now.
