In the mornings, at 7.30 h, it was a bit noisy because of the cleaning ladies, for us was ok, but if you want to sleep longer it might be an issue. The bathroom is very small but I think that they will renovate and make it bigger.

The room was basic, but clean. Fantastic view! The pool is nice and clean, the breakfast is good with fresh fruit and local honey. The location is good, quiet neighbourhood, lots of parking, beautiful flowers in the garden. Our host gave us a lot of good ideas about what to visit and where to go, we appreciated this a lot!

Rodi Studios location, tucked away in the sleepy village of Karavados, may seem away from the centre of things but it is more or less in the centre of the island, and a great point from which to explore Kefalonia's amazing assortment of beaches, stoney, sandy, secluded coves, wide open shallow bays and iconic postcard gems, all of which Kimon the owner, patiently marks out on a map explaining what is best to see and where is best to eat. Having a car is recommended to make the most of the island but if you are content to relax quietly by the pool then not essential as the pool provides serious competition for those beaches. To add to the stunning view from the pool there is a serviced bar poolside for delicious breakfasts and snacks throughout the day. We stayed in the smaller self catering units that proved comfortable and roomy, with a small table and chairs for dining although the kitchen may be a little tight, all the crockery and cutlery were complete. The south facing balconies with the breathtaking views over the lawn to the pool and the Ionian sea in the distance are shielded from the sun with a thoughtfully placed parasol. Mosquito netting across the balcony door allows for a comfortable night's sleep without having to resort to the a/c.

The room was nice and well equipped even if we did not use the kitchen and the space in it, it was good to have that option. Great to have a balcony where to let towels and swimsuits dry. Good value for money.

The only thing is that it's a bit further out from anywhere, which was fine for us as we had a car. But, just something to keep in mind.

The room smelt amazing, as soon as you walk in it just smells fresh. The room itself was lovely, had a comfortable bed, clean sheets, bathroom was modern, the room had high ceilings, it was just generally amazing The view from the balcony was beautiful. The bar near the pool had great food and drink options. The pool area had plenty of sunbeds for guests and was a great spot to chill for the day.

Don't have a bad word to say.

Stayed a week here in a twin room with my friend, the room was great with a good size balcony and plenty of room for us both! The apartments were very clean and taken good care of. Kimon hosted incredibly well giving great recommendations for things to do and see. Our chill days by the pool were very much needed with good food and drinks being served at the pool. Couldn't have asked for more! We will definitely be back next year.

The room was reasonably basic, the kitchen area was small so you could only really store basic food and make toast etc. for the money we paid, it was adequate and good value for money.

Pool view was beautiful and staff were extremely friendly and helpful, we had a few questions over our stay and they couldn’t have done more to help. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the area, would highly recommend hiring a quad bike to see as much of the area as possible.

An absolutely wonderful and quiet location!! Our room was nice and clean, the garden with the pool was beautiful and the view over the sea in the front and the mountains on the left was stunning. The very sympathic host, Kimon, provided us with tips for excursions in the mountains and suggestions for nice restaurants. The breakfast, served near the pool, was delicious with fresh fruit, yoghurt, marmelade, cheese and a famous pie of a local bakery. We had a wonderful stay and really want to come back!!

The bathrooms could be updated to both: visual as design, and higher comfort.

Very friendly staff/many thanks to Spiros for every reccommendation and every request that we had :) Cleaning and new towels every day. The pool is a great place with a great view for relax and enjoy a glass of wine in the afternoon/evening light. The village is situatied a splendid quiet area, 5-15min distances by car from taverns&supermarkets&beaches.
