While our stay was overall pleasant, we found the toilet to be quite small. As a suggestion for improvement, we would advise the owner to consider replacing it with a larger one.

We stayed for a week here, and everything was great! 🥰 Just as expected, very clean, not just the rooms, but the whole property. They take out the trash everyday, and clean the room, change towels every 2 days 😁 The kitchen was well equipped for our needs (breakfast and we cooked some pasta), but there are many ustensils, plates, pots, etc. The only thing I personally didn't like (but it can't be considered a minus, since it's my very own taste) is the matress and pillow...for ME a little too stiff..but I could sleep, it was just not my type 🙂 Very peaceful place, close to center and the beach. I definitely recomend staying here!! 😁 Great value for the price, nice host!

The room was very clean, the sheets were changed in two days and the trash was cleaned every day. We like the location, as it is not in the crowded area, there is a lot of parking slots and at the same time it is near to the center. It is very close to the sandy beach.

Isolation is poor. Usually ladies start to clean in the morning rooms/apartments around and it produces a lot of noice and there is no more sleeping 🙂

EVERYTHING! Super modern, comfortable and clean! I’ve been in at least 7 other places in smarty and I can say with big happiness that the bathroom is SUPER! Wide modern clean with separate shower glass…just enough space to feel comfortable ;). The host and the cleaning ladies are suuuper nice and sweet and ahead for every need! Recommend 100000% and will come again for sure! 😘😘

Though it was the cleaneat hotel I've been to in a while, I would have liked slightly more attention with the cleaning of the bathroom.

This hotel was very well designed for the pupose of most turists in Halkidiki. The room we had was big with lots of storage space and a comfy bed. The kitchenette had all you need including a nesspresso machine with some capsels on the house. Cleaning happens every 3 days. The bathroom was spacious with good design and perfect water pressure. The pool is a good size for a lazy afternoon. I liked that the hotel is in a very green area with views of both the water and mountains. You need to walk about 5 minutes to Sarti beach and 10 minutes to the city center. I also liked that any request we had was swiftly resolved. Parking is free and there is lots of space.

Only inconvenience I can think of is that the room service was not that regular so the trash was piling up and we were running out of towels.

The apartments are in a nice location just next to the town, so that you can easily walk there for grocery shopping or find restaurants to eat in, but it is in a very quiet and not crowded area. The parking on site is large and easily accessible so it was very easy for us to just drive around the nearby beaches. The room was really clean and with quite new interior that was in great condition.

It's a bit pricey and lacks with cookware and utencils

We had a lovely stay at the property. Hosts made sure the rooms are super clean. They thoroughly clean the apartments every 3 days. We stayed on the top floor where the apartments are new with new furniture. Even though the place is close to the main road it's very quiet at night. Building seems to be sound proof as we could not hear any neighbours nor passing cars when windows closed. Garden and swimming pool are very neet and well takan care of. Host Dimitra is friendly and cheerful.

Location is great, few minutes from the beach and center and yet in very peaceful environment. Very beaitiful large lawn is surrounding the apartments which is great for children. Apartments are oriented in that way so there is not direct sun so there is no overheat in the room and terrace. This place is great for peaceful and relaxing vacation

The property policy is that cleaning is done once every 3 days. In our case, it was cleaned only once for a stay of 7 nights. At least the garbage should be picked up more often.

We had a deluxe room, I think a little bigger than the normal one. We really liked the comfort of the room, the new furniture, the spacious bathroom and the good taste in every detail. The property is located 1 km away from the center which is an advantage in high season, because it is quiet. Also, the large courtyard and the swimming pool are an advantage over the crowded studios in the center.

The location is outside of the city right by the main road and you could often hear vehicles passing by, the bed mattresses were awful, and none of us got a good night's sleep. The apartment was very outdated with old appliances and very limited cookware. Been to much nicer places on Halkidiki and got much more for the same price.
