The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and accommodated all of our requirements, made great recommendations and helped make our stay very enjoyable.... there was a family atmosphere.. walking distance to great restaurants close by...

The beds were bouncy and not suitable for us, luckily our room had an extra bed and we managed to get rest. Hotel needs renovating, especially the baths that are not very safe.

Very clean hotel, even if it is quite dated. The staff is extremely helpful and really proves that Greek hospitality is on another level. All in all it's probably the best hotel in Komotini.

The motor noises in the night was terrible.

It was very clear, hospital and free parking. The staff was very helpfull and we could check in before we should. Was very good for us because we came from a long ride. Could rest before we went out.

The only thing is to consider that the mattresses are not high quality. The room is renovated like in the pictures, but the bathrooms are very simple but clean.

The staff is incredible nice and helpful. They made us feel like home. Impossible to be more detailed and felt welcomed. We even got a bottle of cold water for our trip ahead. It’s a perfect place for a night on a road trip.

Room has general ventilation and unfortunately AC didn't work and it gets only warm air, so was very hot and not enough air. Balcony door cannot be open, due to plenty mosquitos.

Everything was nice enough. The idea to keep the breakfast as optional was OK for us, only if there were more variety, we would plan to have the breakfast at the hotel. Still, it was optional, so no problem for us.

The hotel was clean, quiet, spacious, old and beautiful. Everything we requested (double bed, baby crib, parking) was provided. The staff were extremely friendly, kind and helpful. The parking lot was spacious, very easy to find nice parking on site. Definitely recommended for all type of travel. For our next trip to Greece, we plan to stay at the hotel again to spend the night.

There was not really anything that we did not like. The hotel property is located just outside the city but within its limits. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the centre. That walk is pleasant, as there are shops and comfortable sidewalks all along. We knew that the property is located there, but unforeseeably, had to walk twice as timing for a meeting changed.

Upon booking, I asked for a hard mattress and pillows due to my back problems. The hotel provided so. Therefore I was really satisfied. The hotel provided any information I needed regarding the area, as well as calling for a taxi when I needed one. Before e left, the receptionist gave us both a complimentary bottle of water, as our coach journey would take more than 7 hours! Excellent view from our room balcony. Overall, a very good stay.

A bit of noise in the early morning from the rooster in the neighbours garden and some mosquitoes, which probably we could have avoided if we had the windows properly closed.

Clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped rooms. Very friendly staff who helped us find our way in the town and to the beach. Location was good for access to Komotini and for travel to near beaches like Fanari, Arogi, Mesi.

Nothing to claim about hotel. Everything was fair. We enjoyed our stay with my family. But there is a problem with booking.com NOT RELATED WITH HOTEL BUT BOOKING.COM , i chose the hotel because of a promo by booking,com. Price decrreased from 75.00 euros to 49 euros, In the menu it was mentioned 26 euros will be paid by booking.com. I did the payment in advance and instead of 49 euros 75 euros was withdrawn from my account. I wrote to customers service of booking.com, i was asked for payment slip, i supplied it then i was asked for the screen shot of the promo. However, i do not think that 99% of the booking.com customers take screen shots while booking a room. Moreover, system does not allow screen shots of payment menu due to securoty reasons. When i mentioned this to customer service as a reply, they wrote me a message they inform the relevant department and i was bloced to reply them. Since over a month i have not been refunded and i have not received an explanation.

Nice hotel, fine location. quite. Nice garden, clean, nicely decorated room, enough breakfast. Helpful staff. In my next trip to Komotini, i will definetely book again and i recommend.

The bed was a bit hard for us, but this depends for each person preferences, we are more use to soft matresses.

The suite was very nice, living room and bedroom separated by a long hallway. Bathroom with bath tub and very spacious. The location is good when travelling to Thassos or along the coast line. Good breakfast, the staff very friendly, easy check in/out. Private parking , next to the main road. A/C in all rooms , alredy on when we checked in.

Given how good this hotel is I would have liked to have had dinner in the restaurant but it dldn't open until 8:00pm and that I'm afraid is a little to late to eat for me.

The whole experience at this hotel was vrry good, with the accomodation being exceptional.
