Athina and Dimitris were very friendly and considerate hosts. The apartments have been built and decorated to a very high standard. Quiet location with lovely views near to Falasarna's small and big beaches. A choice of excellent tavernas nearby.

We were happy with everything, as it was.

Athina and Dimitris made us feel right at home. The rooms were nice, with everything one needs. I really enjoyed the remoteness of the house as there was no traffic or noise in the area. The apartments are newly renovated and the house is also in very good condition. If you rent a car, there is a parking area with natural shade under the trees. The view is wonderful both of the mountains and the sea. There is a small shop not far from it and also some amazing restaurants. We really enjoyed staying with our hosts, and we really appreciated Athina bringing some local dishes to taste or even cooking us dinner one night. A place where you can really feel at home.

it was all great

The view was great from the apartment. the apartment itself met all our needs. the location was a ten minute walk to the beach. The owners of the apartments are nice welcoming people. I wish we had more time to get to know them. The apartments are handicapped accessible but please contact the owners to make it Mets your needs.

We had the pleasure to enjoy a whole week at the Romantica Apartments. Everything was even better than we imagined. Greeted with a warm and heartful welcome. Athina made sure we felt always comfortable during our stayment and had no questions open. We rarely felt so welcome during our holidays in the past as here. The location and view is stunning and the apartment we had, offered everything we needed during the vacation. The rooms were clean and tidy. The accessibility to the local beach is fast and you can even easily travel to Balos or Elafonissi via rental car. Although the beach in Falassarna is beautiful itself. Across the street you even find local Tavernas which offer you a great experience of the local cuisine.

Everything was perfect about our stay at Romantica. The lovely apartment and hosts, the proximity to the stunning beaches and amazing local Tavernas. It was an ideal week-long retreat for some sun, sand and sea.

My girlfriend thinks the neighbors' rooster should be on the menu. Just kidding, we appreciated the nature and its sounds.

The room was bigger than expected, since it had a separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, plus a balcony/terrace. Fully staffed kitchen, you can heat water to make coffee or tea, has AC but we did not use it since the windows are cleverly designed. You can park in the back yard under the shade of trees. The host was very friendly, brought us a treat, offered us to taste apricots from the tree, in fact all this part of Falasarna further away from the commercial area is picturesque and heartfelt, full of kind people and good food. The property is close to two restaurants, both I think family owned with very good food and impressive views and sunsets. A market is nearby too. For example at golden sunset the owners took kind on us since they saw us sun-burnt and cut some aloe from their back yard to treat us. The food was fresh and very good, it is a restaurant with tradition passed on from grandfather to father to sons. Anyway, it is a warm experience, and a a different side to Falasarna in a good way and would highly recommend to anyone to stay in this part of it.

lovely apartment with a nice terrace looking to the sea.. the place is just so quiet and beautiful, a little paradise.. just few minutes from the beach (you can walk there if you prefer not to move the car). And the hosts are very warm and sweet, we really felt at home.

Nice location with a nice view from the balcony. The hosts were very kind and helpful. One highlight was definitely when Athina cooked stuffed vegetables for us. A big plus is also the super comfortable bed.

Athina and Dimitris are wonderful hosts! They offered us home-made food and fresh fruits from their garden. The location is super, we could walk to the closest beach in 5 minutes, and we could watch the amazing sunset from the balcony.

Our apartment was very narrow, the bathroom and the balcony in particular - up to a point that if you are taller than 1.6cm, you will have difficulties in using the bathroom. No cleaning service at the property, no fresh linen or towels were provided for 5 night stay. The owner said this policy is because of Covid, but in my opinion is more related to cutting cost on cleaning staff. I think this policy should be clearly stated on booking site before your reservation.

The house itself is nice and well located, but the comfort of your stay depends on in which exact apartment you are accommodated. The bed was comfortable and the wi-fi is good. Well equipped kitchen.
