Very small and uncomfortable.There is no zink for dishes, you have to wash dishes in the very small bathroom basin.

The room was a bit tired, but fair enough for the amount we paid.

It was well placed for visiting the town and close to the ferry. The owner was very helpful in explaining everything and providing maps and information about Paros.

Parking a bit tricky but not impossible. You park in the street. I always found a place nearby. It took me some time to find Mike's Rooms on arrival. Instructions on the exact location would have helped.

Great location,, easy access to beach and town centre equally. Quiet, easy to sleep. Wonderful view from comfortable balcony (nice for breakfast) of the sea and the port where the ferries dock. Amazing night-time view of ferry arriving with all lights blazing - far enough so not noisy. Good, non-intrusive in-room facilities for storing own food (fridge) and cooking.

Manos was VERY accommodating! The first apartment we were given was quite small and didn't have very good cooking facilities, so he gave us a bigger one with a good kitchen! His #1 concern was to make sure we were happy! The location was PERFECT! Spectacular Seaview, quiet, and a short walk to restaurants, old town, beaches and ferry!

We received a friendly welcome from Manos, who also provided us with helpful local information. Daily housekeeping was provided by friendly ladies. The studios are in a quiet street, within easy walking distance of the ferry port and bus station and also close to the restaurants and cafes. Our balcony had a sunny aspect and was big enough to either sit in the sun or the shade depending on preference. The room was good value for money.

It's located right at the port. It's a room with attached tiny kitchen but good enough to brew some coffee and prepare a basic meal. It can be noisy due to its very central location where all hustle and bustle takes place. Friendly owners. Good wifi.

Mike was an amazing host! We got in on the ferry late at night and he was there to greet us and show us our room as well as extend our room when our ferry got canceled! It was an excellent location, a few minutes walk from the port as well as the cute village!

Manos, Mike and the cleaners were very friendly and helpful. The view from the balcony was great (could see the ferries coming in). Hot water available on demand 24hrs a day and small standard cooking facilities included. The location was perfect for nice restaurants and easy access to the rest of the island. Excellent value for money.

Actually I liked that the TV had music channels lol. It's Basic but set up well for convenience. Towel hooks and other items that so many hotels lack. Even had a shower curtain... what a concept. Nice balcony with great drying rack for hand laundry.

For the price, I got everything I expected. No Complaints really. Maybe the shower curtain in the tub could have a slightly better solution idk.

Room was a bit dated but still excellent value for money. Shower had great water pressure and communication with host was excellent. A great budget option.

The only issue I had with the room is the smell of cigarette smoke, as a none smoker the smell of cigarettes is really horrible. I found it really difficult to sleep as the pillows and mattress smelled of cigarettes. other than that, the room was perfect!

Welcoming informative service. (Though late at night). Very nice room with all the basics. Daily servicing if required. All equipment working. Great location with big supermarket 1 block away, on the foreshore, with rentals nearby too. Quiet street, offering easy parking for vehicles.

Unfortunately all the sheets and towels had spots on it. They were clearly washed but simply old. The furniture is outdated but you have everything you need.

The location of rooms Mike was awesome, directly next to the port and the inner city. Also the balcony was really spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
