Breakfast offers a poor choice in comparison with hotels of this standard. Also purchased a lunch which other than the chips was awful.

In a lovely position on Kefalos Bay with pools and it’s own beach. Our room was modern and a good size with air conditioning and terrace area and sea views across to the island

The pool area was great and being able to step straight onto the beach from the hotel was wonderful. There were several beaches within 5-10 minutes drive that were our go to and they were easily accessible from the hotel.

Hotel is located at the marvelous coast of Kefalos. Only by 2 minutes of walking, you can easily enjoy the sea/beach without compromising the comfort of your hotel. Staff was really helpful and welcoming. We won’t consider any better place to stay in Kos.

The rooms at the back of the hotel are in proximity of the main road. This is not a traffic (minimal) or noise (none) issue. As all the rooms have their own outdoor space, it affects the views and the enjoyment of the surrounding.

Located on the beach of the picturesque bay of Kefalos, this modern hotel offers stunning views and great facilities. Delicious cooked, savoury and sweet breakfast. Beautiful outdoor pool, immerse in a gorgeous garden, with umbrellas, sunbeds and sea view. Exceptional spacious rooms with outdoor space, basic furniture and bathroom with shower. Enclosed parking space. The staff is very friendly, attent and helpful. Royal Bay is surrounded by a vast choice of tavernas, which offer delicious local cuisine. The long mix pebble and send beach is beautiful and relaxing, with crystal clear sea water, great for seimming, and facilities of any kind.

Nice hotel with a good price/quality ratio; staff is very friendly and the room was big and confortable. hotel is in front of a "private beach" with free umbrella and closed to many Tavernas and Supermarkets (everything is max 10 min by walk)

There is one crucial thing that really needs to be improved. The beds and (thick) pillows are of inferior quality and do not reflect the excellent quality of the hotel. We had trouble sleeping and had some neck and back pain in the morning.

Royal Bay is a really nice hotel. Location is fantastic, its beach/sea is absolutely stunning. Breakfast was also really good. We loved the traditional Greek dishes and fig yoghurt. Rooms are spacious, functional and clean. Sea and the beach is absolutely amazing.

the location was amazing! Beautiful view and enough sundress for all. The sunbeds at the pool area was so comfortable. The receptionists Stamatia and Kristina was wonderful, they helped us a lot! recommendet places to visit, restaurants and offered us different options to get around the island. They really took care of us and was very friendly. They made the stay extra!

The location was excellent - near restaurants and with stunning views. Such a lovely relaxed area. No problem getting sun beds on the beach and by the pool. Amazing wifi and air con.

The bathroom was not great. The shower head was hung too high at a very weird angle that made it difficult to properly shower without getting the entire bathroom wet. While the property looked nice at first glance as you lived in it you realized it was cheaply done.

It was a good sized modern looking room. The wifi was excellent, it even worked at the beach. I liked that there were loungers both at the beach and by the pool.
