We literally loved our stay! The location is very good: it's a quiet area with a wild beach at hand and it's a short walk from the central street and taverns. Parking is provided. We had a wonderful spacious room, it looked new, clean and beautiful, there was everything we needed. The patio outside was also nice. The hostess was super friendly and helpful. It would be my pleasure to stay here again!

The only downside was the internet. It was extremely slow. Unfortunately, it was not good for remote work and the cell reception within the room was really bad so hotspot was also not possible from within the room.

Great beachfront location. Sparkling clean, and a charming patio, great for dining. The junior suite was perfect for us, with convenient kitchen facilities. Walking distance to main restaurants and bars made exploring a breeze. Sunset strolls along the beach alley were the highlight. Highly recommended!

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is perfect, a very calm neighborhood and right in front of the Beach. There are many cafes, in walking distance there are grocery shops (Lidl and local supermarket chains) The hotel itself is very good, the rooms are clean and modern, there is everything that you need for vacation (coffee machine, electric kettle, kitchen accessories) Rooms service is available everyday. Host and staff are very attentive and helpful. I would really miss drinking coffee at the patio.

No plug in kitchen sink. We bought one from the building supply store that is about a km past the Lidl store. Not many kitchen utensils. Ceramic hob took a while to get used to.

Extremely close to the (safe) beach - 30 seconds - across the road! Safe parking close to apartment. Very quiet area. Prompt response to request for extra blanket. Decor very nice. Good shower. Nice walks along sea front in both directions. Attractive port area. Old Nikiti town on the hill is very nice. 3 good supermarkets in Nikiti town.

Cats in the garden 😁 they didn't leave us alone. Entered the room at every opportunity, so if we accidentally left the door open they would go running into the room.

The room was very close to the beach and it also had a beautiful garden with a little playground which my son enjoyed. We could easily see him from where we were sitting on the porch.

Highly recommend the place. The location of the hotel is in a town called Nikiti. The coastline is 20 meters from the hotel. Very quiet and close on foot to the town center. A warm welcome from Tatiana who is in charge of the reception. Excellent value for money.

There are some things that people who aren’t from the Balkans will find strange. For example we were just arriving to our room when the cleaner asked us to wait one minute till he finishes cleaning our room so we could go in. He finished, then left his keys in our door and went to do something else. Whilst we were still waiting there. So after like 15-20 minutes we just entered our room and left his keys in the door. Kinda inconsiderate and not really polite not to inform us and to leave us waiting there for no reason.

It is very close to the beach and really nice overall.

We had an apartment right in front of the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. The location is in a very quiet area although it is a 5-minute walk to the center. On the beach in front of the building we had longhairs and sun umbrellas free of charge . Breakfast is quite ok and if you want you can also cook , because the kitchenette in the room had all the necessary appliances. Tatiana was an extraordinary host who kindly support us during our stay with information or other requests .

Location is perfect, close to the main beaches, restaurants and night bars of Nikiti. Staff was very polite and collaborative. Very nice back yard with place for relax before dinner.
