The elevator is the size of a phone booth (as in Dr Who). We had a mix up with parking our bikes in a garage - we were told it would be open for our early am departure but unfortunately the door got locked. A very early am call to the manager guided to where we could access our bikes and we were on our way. So happy to have the place that was secure for our touring bicycles - so secure we couldn’t get them 🙂

Location and views from the balcony are amazing. Staff is really kind and very responsive. Room was spotless with amenities for coffee and tea. There was a small fridge.

We liked everything!

The staff was lovely and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing- lovely to have coffee in the morning and watch the sunrise!!

SAGA is in a great position with easy parking and right on the waterfront. View from our balcony for drinks was memorable. Crisp white linen sheets and very friendly owner and staff. Gythio a lovely town and relatively unspoilt. Valtaki beach with wreck, turtles and beach cafe a must

I didnt have anything really i didnt like.

I really liked this hotel very much. The room was of a good size with a great air conditioner plus a ceiling fan which is a nice addition you can use in conjunction with the Air Con or on its own. I had a balcony overlooking the sea with great views and there is a restaurant right under the rooms thats associated with the hotel and has great meals available which i ate there on one night. On my checkout i had an issue where i locked my rental car keys in my car and the hotel owner Magda went out of her way to help me by making a few phone calls and organizing a local man from a mechanical workshop / locksmith to come out to my car and unlock the door which he did in about 10min. I cant thank Magda enough she saved me from possible a lengthy and expensive delay and ruining of my holiday. Thank you Magda nase panta kala from Paul.

The location was exceptional and the sights from the balcony breathtaking. The room has everything you need for a short stay in Gytheio and the staff were incredibly friendly (check out their fish restaurant!).

Bathroom was a little small the shower water went on the floor.

Nothing - the room was basic but very clean and comfortable, it totally delivered for the price.

Wonderful location - our room looked over beautiful Gythio harbour and Cranae. The host was lovely and the restaurant below delivered the best fish we had had in Greece.

Breathtaking view from the balcony of the room. Noise was not a problem for us even though we faced the busy street - the windows are soundproof. Fairly small and basic room but the view makes up for it. We stayed for just one night. Very accommodating hosts.

We loved this hotel. It feels very simple and very personal. We had everything we needed and Magda made us feel so welcome. The best thing is the balcony with its view onto the seafront and island.It’s excellent value for money. We will definitely go back.
