Great service, friendly atmosphere, Dionysios the owner was very helpful and goes extra mile to make you feel like at home. The place itself is amazing with a nice view, very clean, swimming pool and BBQ is a plus. We’ve traveled as a family 2+2, this place is definitely family friendly. Nestled in a beautiful garden, the villa offers a cozy retreat with a lovely swimming pool. From plates to a welcoming spread of jams, honey, butter, and homemade cake, every detail is thoughtfully arranged. For added convenience, there's even laundry detergent provided, and fresh towels await daily. It's these extra touches that make the experience truly exceptional, ensuring a perfect getaway in every way. The owner and his family are incredibly friendly and helpful. The owner knows a lot about the island and gave us great tips to explore. His mom keeps the place spotless, and his dad even cooked us dinner one night! The villa itself is modern and has everything you need, like laundry facilities. It feels like staying with family, making our stay truly special and unforgettable. We(me and my wife) had an amazing experience at San Antonio Villas. Deniss greeted us at Villas with a map. He showed us all the best places to eat, to see, all the beaches. He even told us about more pricey places and good alternatives. Gave us a good general info about the island itself. Offered us a boat( for another price- not included in the rent price obviously, but good enough, so we didn'tneed to struggle looking for a boat ourselves) and then organised all that applies. In the kitchen there was a tasty pie, beers 😅 and juices and some more food and refreshments(tee, coffee, olive oil etc). Theres plenty of utensils to cook yourself if you want to. We did a bit. All necessary things are there. He gave us his phone no. so that we could contact any time we need to. And he replied very weel when we did message him. It's a good location. Not too far from centre of Zante and some most popular attractions like Cameo island, Laganas, Banana beach etc. Good roads around, easy approach. Good space for parking Cameras for everyone's safety. The house and surrounding area were very well looked after, clean and pleasant. Deniss' mom was coming to clean the house( new towels, bedding done) while we were away. Good parking. Spacious area. Some attributes for kids to play with. If you book off season, you might get lucky to have all the area for yourselves as we had it in the beginning of October.

Everything was absolutely amazing. The hospitality of the hosts is exceptional. The rooms were clean and were regularly cleaned while we were there. The internet is perfect. The place itself is gorgeous. The pool is a very nice addition since the last time we visited. The host can help you organize just about everything and is always willing to help. It wasn’t easy walking distance to a choice of restaurants, however we did manage to walk to a couple of places and wasn’t much of a problem as we expected it to be rural.

Great outdoor space, with exceptional views. The villa was clean, well appointed and the bed was particularly comfortable. Dionisis was incredibly helpful during the trip over WhatsApp – providing tips and information. It’s a family run business and great effort went into making sure our stay was enjoyable.

Loved everything in San Antonio Villas. 5 ⭐️

My whole experience was perfect. The host, Dennis was waiting for us at the airport. We rented a car {Peugeot 208 with full insurance and a little discount was €160 }what he organised for us and we drove to the property. It was absolutely beautiful. There are 4 villas, surrounded by olive trees. The villa we stayed in was big, 6-7 people could sleep in, we are a 4 member family. Very clean and comfortable. Dennis and his family they did everything for us to feel very comfortable. There was proper internet connection so I could even do my online class while we were there. We were staying there 7nights, they cleaned the villa twice and changed the towels also. It can be difficult sometimes if there is a big family because there is one toilet only and it is in the only bathroom, There is a pool also, very clean' there are pool towels to{the blue ones} , the water in the pool will be nice and warm during the summer for sure. There is a barbeque option behind the villas with a big table where 8 ppl can eat. The villa is fully equipped with water kettle, micro, toaster, oven, big enough fridge. We did dine out few times and also cooked at the accommodation. There are 2 supermarkets 5-6 km away where you will have to go anyway for water as the tap water of Zakynthos is not drinkable. If you want to explorer the island or go to the beach sometimes you will definitely need a car. Zakynthos is very small, 2-3 days you can do it but to go out or to the beach and to the supermarkets you need a car. I am not sure about taxi price, we never took one during our stay. Food in restaurants are amazing, you can find all sorts of style and price range. There are amazing bakeries and coffee shops too. The cheeses of the island are delish.

We are a family with 2 little children and you should take into account that also bigger groups of younger people can visit the accommodation. The owner managed this in a right way so it didn’t cause a lot of disturbance for us.

Dennis and it’s family will make you feel welcome from the very moment you arrive at the island. They will arrange anything for you and they make sure everything looks perfect. The house is thoroughly cleaned every few days and all the towels and bed sheets are changed. the villas are located near to an minimarket, (take away/delivery) grill house and restaurant. However a car is suggested because of the distances to the various beaches.

The villas are amazing . You have everything, one private bedroom, bedroom on the mezzanine, sofa/bed and fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed also the terrace with table and seats and we spent really good time in the wonderful swimming pool. The place is really quiet and relaxing, and you can reach the beach with 5/10 min drive. We particularly appreciated the welcoming and assistance of the owner Dionisyos, which gave us many suggestions on what to do: which beaches to visit, boat trips to turtle island and Navagio Beach, recommended restaurants and a place with amazing sunset.

Everything was perfect, the stone houses are beautiful and offer all you need to have great holidays. For our family of 5 they were just what we needed. The location is great as it is convenient to reach every corner of the island from here though you need to have a car. The complex has swimming pool, perfect for kids and adults alike. If you value tranquility and enjoy looking at mountains and eagles flying above your heads then it's top place on the island. On top Dennis and his parents were superb hosts and Dennis gave us lots of advice on what to see and where to eat on the island as well as he helped us out with car rental and arranged a private boat cruise, which I also highly recommend.

Well, everything!! The villa is located in a quiet place surrounded by olive trees where calm and relax have found their perfect location. Our accommodation was in front of the swimming pool and our daughter couldn’t wait to jump in it every time she could. The house has everything for an enjoyable stay. We normally try to have lunch or dinner in the flat/house we rent and this time I have to say given our extensive experience, the villa had all needed which is not that common. It takes 20-30 min max to reach all the beaches. Supermarket and other facilities are near by. I confirm all positive reviews given so far. Being a family managed business brings more value to the whole. We found wonderful people who made us feel at home. Last but not least, a few words for Denis. A great host, always caring, available, present. He came to the airport when we arrived and brought us to the rent company (which by the way is great) and then to the villa where he explained everything providing with very useful information on places to go, beaches, tavernas. He personally accompanied us for a beautiful cruise to Marathonisi and the island caves we highly appreciated. I think nowadays lots of people reinvent themselves in the hospitality business but in our years of vacations abroad I must say Denis and his family are among the few who really know how to do it as it should be done.

Amazing sweet and welcoming host. We felt very welcome right from the start and during the rest of our stay. The host was very helpful with recommendations on experiences, restaurants and beaches. The place and house were very clean and well maintained. The mother on site was cute and and quite fantastical clean. We had a fantastic holiday and enjoyed our stay at San Antonio Vilas. We would love to revisit the place and experience more of what the beautiful island has to offer. We wish the Host and his family the best and one of early reunions. We hope. Very nice villas, well decorated and equipped. Clean and spacious. Fantastic pool and beautiful scenery. All amenities provided so you can cater for yourself. Comfy beds. We had a lovely stay in San Antonio Villas in June 2021. The villa is located on a private domain with 4 villas and a private pool. The garden is very beautiful with olive trees and flowers. In the garden is a nice big barbeque area with a large table. The villa has two bedrooms with one double bed and two single beds. There is also an attic with a double bed and one single bed. The beds are very comfortable and of good size. The villa includes all the essentials, kitchen tools, soap, good frying and saucepans, cutlery and plates, small and big towels and even beach towels. You could also stay in the winter, because the villa has central heating. We even had a homemade cake, fresh fruit and chilled water in the fridge when we arrived. Every two days the villa is cleaned, bedding is changed and towels are replaced. Dennis manages the villas with his family and they are extremely friendly. Dennis picked us up from the airport and helped arranging a rental car with discount. He had very good recommendations for restaurants. All the restaurants, or tavernas as they call it, had very good authentic Greek or Zakynthian dishes for very good prices. We especially liked ‘Dennis Taverna’ in the nearby village and ‘El Greco’ in Agios Sostis. On the first day Dennis gave a quick explanation about Zakynthos including the tourist attractions and the best beaches. You can rent a private boat from Dennis for 4 hours for a good price with included gas. We did the boat trip as a family and saw two turtles and even swam with them! We would definitely go back to San Antonio Villas.
