Modern and clean apartment in quiet area very close to Koutoufoulari. Decent size and all well equipped. Great host, we were able to check out late as there were no arriving guests after us.

Great apartment complex just off busy village and restaurants. Great view from our top apartment. Air con spot on, comfy mattresses, plenty of towels and toiletries. Kitchen fully equipped with few nice touches from the owners, bottle of wine, honey, coffee, also spices for cooking. Great pool with loungers, plenty of parking spaces. Quiet oasis, definitely not a party spot and that’s why we loved it!

Loved everything! These apartments are recently renovated, very modern and clean, fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a self-catering stay to make you feel like home. The kitchen has literally everything: from plenty of plates, glasses, mugs, pots, cutlery, coffee maker and a toaster to various spices, honey, tea/coffee and a bottle of wine to welcome you for your stay. It even has an electric oven and a washing machine, so you really are renting a fully functional apartment with great and helpful hosts who look after you really well. The place has a really fast wifi accesible from all areas, tv, a great large balcony and the AC that comes with no extra charge - which is a must if you are visiting during a hot summer. The apartments are located up the hill with a good size swimming pool and a gorgeous sea view. More importantly, it is in the heart of the breathtaking village of Koutouloufari with many different restaurants, souvenir shops and supermarkets within a walking distance, as well as about 10 minutes walk from another village - Piskopiano, and 15 minutes from Hersonissos with many beaches, restaurants, pharmacies and clubs. The apartments are amazing for a quiet holiday, offering a great relaxing atmosphere away from the noisy beach clubs- at the same time, it’s only a 15 minute walk to Hersonissos if you feel like going to a party and being closer to a more vibrant beach life. The Heraklion airport is only 15-20 minute taxi ride and costs about €40. If you feel like sightseeing, the Palace of Knossos is only about 25 minutes drive away, and beautiful town of Chania is about 3-hours drive. For shorter distance, I would highly recommend renting out a moped or a quad bike - there is a great place in Koutouloufari village, and you can enjoy many beautiful and small beaches, mountain roads, and a truly amazing landscape of Crete.

Loud club music from Espirides Club pool terrace next door but no fault of Sandika’s helpful host who tried his best to have the noise reduced.

Very clean and high standard of accommodation. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, free aircon, great location two minutes in to village centre. Superb panoramic views over to the sea

The apartment is big, comfortable and it has everything you need. The installations are new and it also has a great pool to refresh yourself. The owner is really nice and he responds in a second, so the communication was not a problem. we enjoyed our stay :)

Some people made a lot of noise late in the evening. I think we were just unlucky to be there the same night as they were.

Really nice apartments. Everything seems to be brand new. The owner is very hospitable. There is a nice bottle of wine in the fridge. Many bars and restaurants around the corner, but the apartments are in a quiet street.

Nothing. Everything was perfect.

The property was very nicely decorated and brand new. Located in a quiet village although there were lots of restaurants and shops. My favourite part of the apartment is the amenities provided. This is where Sandina stand above the rest. When you are travelling you are not carrying salt and pepper, oil for cooking or dish soap to wash dishes. It was greatly appreciated to have these. They also had two large TVs with a netflix feature. As travellers I find this such a comfort to watch someone on netflix after a long day. It makes you feel at home in a foreign country.

The access to the property by car through some very narrow alleys and the parking maneuvers were a bit difficult.

The apartment was very modern and it had all the facilities we could wish for. Located uphill in a picturesque village with many restaurants and shops nearby. The hosts were very friendly and open. Great view from the balcony watching the sunrise ! We were welcomed with some presents from the guests. Much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you !
