- the place is well decorated and renovated - the warm welcome from Michael and his father, and the tips for the good restaurants and places to see - the place is not too far and not too close from the center, just perfect - the car park, you could park in the street but it was much more comfortable for us to park to the reserved car park

We (2+1) stayed 1 night at Santa Marina apartment on our way to northern Greece. we met the host in the apartment, the apartment has 2 big bedrooms, living room, big kitchen and a balcony. The apartment was nice and clean very close to the city center, we parked the car at the street and didn't had to move it. The host was friendly explaining us the required information.

The hosts were very kind and attentive. The place was clean and comfortable. We also loved the location and how close it was to the town center. It had bowls, plates, glasses, utensils, and other kitchen cookware for meals, plus toiletries. We only stayed one night, but would love to stay again.

Whether I wanted to dine at local restaurants, shop at charming boutiques, or simply take in the sights, everything was just a stone's throw away. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the cleanliness and overall condition of the property. It was warm and inviting, and I instantly felt at home. The cozy ambiance and comfortable furnishings made it the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure. I particularly loved the attention to detail in the decor, which added to the overall charm of the space. The host was absolutely great, friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their hospitality truly made my trip all the more enjoyable. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during my visit. Cleanliness, location, comfort, and a fantastic host - this booking had it all. Everything was perfect, the house has everything in it. It was clean and well organized. The location was perfect for visiting a lot of places.

Spacious, nicely furnished and clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. There is a dedicated parking spot, but also free street parking so we didn't bother moving the car as it was more convenient for us to leave it in front of the building. The hosts are super friendly - the whole family came to greet us, they helped us with the luggage and showed us around the apartment. The location is perfect - within walking distance of the pedestrian zone and also quiet. We were only here for one night, but I would feel quite comfortable even for a longer stay. I would definitely book the same apartment when I visit Ioannina again.

The owners are extremely professional and friendly. They met us right on time. The apartment is well equipped, with new furniture and is extremely clean. The owner gave us very useful tips for sightseeing. We also had a closed car park for free.

There was not a thing I didn’t like about it.

Very clean apartment at the best location in the city with a parking just around the corner. The property was warm and cozy with the finest decoration. It made me feel like home. They also provide Netflix and cable TV (Nova). The Wi-Fi is fast and free. Also, it’s fully equipped like a regular apartment (extra bedsheets and duvets, a washing machine, kitchen with everything needed). I find it to be the best accommodation in ioannina because of its high quality and low budget.
