a bit far away from the beach and not so convenient path to the place (very dirty and full of holes)

jacuzzi was nice but very long to get the right temperature (when it is cloudy). it was raining all day during our stay so it was difficult to enjoy the place but this is of course not the fault of anybody.

A little far from the beach (15 minutes walk).

Comfortable, clean with all the amenities. Hot tub with a mountainn sunset view. Sunrise on the other side was nice too.

Everything was great. A very small improvement could be a few spices/oil for cooking stocked in the kitchen would be helpful.

These villas are gorgeous! We were met upon arrival, shown around and given keys. A bottle of wind and fruit were given as a welcome gift. Very clean, comfortable with a great view of the surrounding area. A 10 min walk gets you to the beach bars/restaurants of Agia Anna. Mini market, gas station, Agios Prokopios, Plaka Beach all very close. Host very responsive to questions. A jacuzzi on the 2nd floor balcony was such a treat! Villa was cleaned daily, so nice! Very tranquil and safe. A car for exploring the area highly recommended. We would definitety stay again.

All was good, only improvement I could suggest are a couple chairs on the back porch. In the evening sometimes it was better to have the option to sit back there and read, if sun was down and in your eyes on the front. And maybe have a couple bikes onsite, to make it quicker to get back and forth from beach.

A little off the beaten path, but quiet and safe to walk to the beach. Stelios picked us up at bus station, which was great.

To the beach and the „center“ there is approxiamtely a 12min walk between small farms.

Beautiful villa in Aiga Anna with a private whirl pool. The landlord (Stelios) was the most friendly and welcoming guy - he picked us up from the Bus station, drove us directly to the Villa and bought us a big tray of water. He also arranged and payed for our taxi back to the port - we appreciated it very much! The house was just perfect: we were only 2 persons, but the Villa has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one terrace on the main floor and one terrace on the 1st floor, where the Whirlpool stands. The beaches of Aiga Anna and Aiga Prokopios are approximately 10-15min away, big sandy beaches and very nice location for snorkeling. All in all - we had the best time in Naxos!!

Stelios was a great host. The villa is really comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor terrace. The beach is 10 minutes walking distance. Hot tub was a real treat with beautiful view to the sea and sunset.

Beautiful new Villa just 10 minutes walk from Agios Anna. Very quiet, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and amazing Jacuzzi with sunset views. Stelios provided all information and support for a perfect stay.

It is not in a great street (empty area with a dusty road…) so you better use a car to move around

Excellent hosts, very clean, lovely interior design. Great location, easy access to the whole island. Lovely welcome pack with nice food and drink. Perfect views. Enjoyed the hot tub.

Nothing , perfect stay.

These villas are beautiful. The master bedroom has amazing views as does the terrace which has a hot tub to enjoy the sunset . They are in a quiet area within walking distance of the beach , shops and tavernas and their is a good bus service into town if you don’t hire a car although I’d recommend doing so. There is a small well equipped kitchen and shows rooms on each floor which are beautifully designed. Nothing is too much trouble for Stelios and he and his family have built the villas too an amazing standard . Great for a family holiday or two couples and really good value for money given location and facilities .

Nothing, but you definitely need a car to get to "Santo Concept Luxury Villas", as this located on the outskirts/close to the beach. Atleast 20 mins from the Naxos port by taxi.

Fantastic stay, and free shuttle transfer was provided from Naxos port to the "Santo Concept Luxury Villas". Good location -close to Agia anna beach. Mr. Stellios (host), was very helpful and always available over WhatsApp. Highly recommended.

Everything: clean, very nice, super comfortable, easy access, jacuzzi on the terrace. Stelios and his family were super kind, treating us like Royals. We loved every minute. Super recommended!!

Stelios and his dad were super friendly and helpful! Stelios gave us many great recommendations for local restaurants and stuff to do in the area. The villa was both luxurious and comfortable. A particular highlight was the private jacuzzi on the upper balcony with a spectacular view of the sea and Paros Island. The area is very quiet but still close to the beach and nearest town, just a 20 min walk away. For two persons the villa is very spacious.
