The location being close to the highest point on the island provided both stunning views and a quiet retreat from the bustle of the main towns, which suited us perfectly, although having a car is recommended. We were so warmly welcomed by Thomas the hotel manager who is passionate about making your stay as perfect as possible and was so friendly and helpful throughout. A massive thumbs up to Thomas. The beautiful modern accommodation is built to a high standard and spotlessly maintained. We had a suite with private pool which was such a pleasure to relax into whilst taking in the magnificent sea view from high up at the end of a day’s sight seeing and to also sit beside whilst enjoying the delicious breakfast served to order each morning. Our stay of a week was a pure delight that exceeded our high expectations. If we ever return to the island we will definitely aim to stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful location, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, Thomas, the host, made me feel incredibly welcome. He is the most warm, friendly, and helpful host I've ever encountered, always going out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. The location itself is a hidden gem. Perched in a serene and elevated spot, it truly made me feel on top of the world. The tranquility and quietness were unparalleled, providing a much-needed escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the Youvetsi. It was absolutely delicious, a culinary delight that I will remember fondly. The accommodations were impeccably clean and very comfortable, making it easy to relax and unwind. Having to leave our pool

We had the most amazing stay here for our honeymoon and it offered us exactly what we were looking for: a quiet oasis to relax in and a luxurious experience that made it feel like a big treat for us. We spent two days relaxing by our private pool (which was bigger than we had assumed based on the photo) and the other days exploring the nearby town of Pyrgos (35 minute hike away) and the most famous towns of Fira, Oia, Imerovigli and Firostefani. We did have to rely on taxis to get around (as we do not drive) but we saw a lot of people rent quad bikes to get around the island as an alternative option. Santorini Heights is at the highest point of the island, so you get beautiful views and sunsets from your own outside area. While there is a road next to the property, it is very quiet and does not have a lot of traffic due to the location being so remote from the major towns. It felt very quiet even though all the other rooms were occupied. We barely saw the other guests and although we had a balcony overlaying our outside and pool area, we never felt too perceivable by other guests. If you have read other reviews, you will know that Thomas, the hotel concierge par excellence, is a bit of a Booking celebrity at this point, so there were high expectations. He exceeded the expectations at every point. Whether it came to booking us taxis, arranging a late check out, bringing us complimentary drinks at the perfect moments or arranging restaurant bookings for us, he did everything so smoothly and anticipated our needs in a way that we never experienced at another hotel before. He will also adapt recommendations to your own preferences and budget. Housekeeping and breakfast were also managed very smoothly and it was so much fun deciding what breakfast to go for every day, as you can choose between different options. We also had 2 dinners there due to convenience and enjoyed both of those as well and thought the price was reasonable.

The only thing we didn’t like about our stay was having to leave. ☹️

Everything was perfect about Santorini Heights! Located on the highest point on the island, we enjoyed the most incredible views - and even woke up above the clouds one morning! It was truly magical. The Summit Villa was just incredible, but the jewels in the Santorini Heights crown are the amazing staff who were consistently attentive and friendly. And of course biggest thanks and absolute adoration goes to Thomas, who, after emailing us a few weeks before our arrival, and helping to secure restaurant bookings as well as perfecting our itinerary for our stay, when we finally met him it was like greeting an old friend! His energy and beautiful personality really was such a wonder- we have stayed in other amazing hotels around the world but have never encountered such personalised and genuine warmth. The location is away from the madness of the busier towns, but believe me that is a good thing! The crowds are intense and actually we didn’t spend any time in Oia because of it. You can witness the beauty of the island from the other towns dotted around. Taxis are expensive to and from the hotel so (25 euros one way to the local town, is the cheapest) car hire is therefore recommended- but wonderful Thomas can help with this! We had a car delivered to the hotel and drove it back to the airport. Enjoy driving on Greek roads! Also recommended is a boat trip to see the island from the sea, as well as the glorious sunset- but of course, Thomas, again can help you with this! I also have to mention Thomas’ exemplary ability to make delicious cocktails! Order via the app (along with some very delicious meals!) and they are brought to your room for you to enjoy! And we definitely enjoyed- especially the mojitos!

I cannot even begin to describe how incredible our stay was from start to end. Thomas was absolutely incredible and super helpful with making all our bookings and recommending the best restaurants. He managed to get us incredible sunset view tables and we honestly had the most amazing time on this break. The villa was absolutely beautiful with the most stunning views and the service was brilliant too. Nothing was too much trouble. Huge thank you to Thomas and the incredible team. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a beautiful serene break away from the hustle and bustle; combined with the most exceptional service.

everything was wonderful! the only thing to note is the location is away from the more famous places like Fira and Oia so taxis around add up quickly. However it’s a beautiful location with great views.

The villa is spacious and comfortable with everything you need. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful and a special thanks to Thomas who looked after us throughout our stay with great recommendations and was always only a text away. Breakfast was delicious and so convenient to order on the app.

We stayed in the Cactus Suite with its own pool, outdoor dining and outdoor lounge space. We loved it! The views were amazing and you could easily pop into town for dinner. Thomas was amazing and always there to help. He helped us arrange a rental car for the next day and provided really good recommendations of what to see and do on the island.

The suite was part of a block of 4 which was very comfortable, large and well-appointed. As we had a suite next to us and two below us the only thing we noticed was that it was easy to be overheard by others, not a huge issue but occasionally did not feel as self-contained/private as we would have liked. The suite was very roomy. We felt that the kitchen was slightly under-equipped and that the bathroom would have been enhanced with a bath, but know water availability is an issue on the island.

We were met by Thomas the manager on arrival, who booked us in and was our main point of contact during our stay. He also arranged excursions during our stay. Thomas was very welcoming, very friendly and professional. He gave us a thorough overview of the island and provided us with great recommendations for excursions, beaches and restaurants. He and the staff could not have been more helpful and hard-working. Thomas reassured and supported us when one of us fell ill during our stay.

If we had been a bit more organised in advance then we would have rented a car/bike rather than take transfers as this became a little costly, albeit the hotel host was very efficient at getting them organised.

On arrival we were met by host Thomas who spent time making us feel super welcome and he was readily available to help for any questions or requests we had. The room was beautiful, immaculate and housekeeping was excellent. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was super easy to order on the app with a great selection of savoury and sweet options and it was brought to our room and an agreed time. Local knowledge was very good and transfers were easy to organise via the host. Location was good being almost at the highest point on the mountain so views all around the island with beautiful sunsets from our terrace/balcony.

The only reservation we would have is that the food options at the hotel itself were fairly limited and as the property is not centrally located, you need to factor in travel cost if you want to go out for something to eat.

This place was everything and more. From the moment we arrived Thomas made us feel so welcome and looked after us no end. He gave us lots of recommendations of things to do on the island and some history of the place too! He was able to cater to our requests. Nothing was a problem! We walked into Pyrgos and Thomas organised a transfer back up the hill for us which was very punctual. The room and pool was very clean and spacious. We stepped off the world for a short while with amazing views and tranquility. We ordered food to the room in the evening - the meze platter which was delicious and the breakfast was even more delicious with a huge range of choice! And not to forgot the refreshing mojitos made by Thomas himself. We would love to come back and highly recommend! 5 star experience 🌟

Beautiful, clean, private and peaceful hotel. The staff is so friendly and helpful, Thomas has provided us loads of tips about the island including restaurants, he also helped out with renting a boat and a bike and organizing other activities. He is at your disposal at any time (even out of working hours) for anything you need. The breakfast was amazing with homemade biscuits everyday delivered to your room at your convenient time. The views are incredible too. Highly recommended

The blankets are a bit too thick and heavy and the mattress a bit too hard. Complaining on a very high level though.

The property is probably one of the best we‘ve ever had. We were staying in the Summit Villa. You can‘t have more privacy on Santorini as in this Villa. Everything can be ordered through an App. Breakfast will be served to the Villa. Thomas was treating us just the best and took care of us amazingly. We came to this place in order to celebrate our birthday. On the same day I proposed to my future wife. Thomas did an awesome job and arranged everything. He brought a cake and Champagne to our Villa. We also got a free cocktail. For the proposal, Thomas arranged a privat horse riding tour at sunset at the beach, decorated a lovely place at the beach with Champagne and rose petals. He organized a table at a very nice restaurant and decorated our Villa soo lovely with candles, flowers, balloons and rose petals when we came back. He also organized all of the transfers during our stay.
