Omg I have no words. Natasa and the team were amazing? Hospitality is 10/10, breakfast was amazing, views out of this words. I and my family will be back for sure. Thank you all for your care and hospitality.

we arrived quite late like 10.30pm thanks for the staff who is waiting for us. However, it could be more comfortable for the guests if the registration can be done later after we got into the villa. If it is not dark like that, I would not mind going to register back and forth from the villa to the reception. You might choose to let the guests (that you are expecting anyway) to choose the more convenient way of registration at 10.30 pm at night. The bed and pillows are pretty good. We slept quite well but would like you to improve a bit of the bathroom. It looks a bit run down, particularly the faucets and shower faucets. The rest is good - particularly the bed you are taking good care of it. The towels should be replaced already. A bit old and you may use the conditioner to make it puffy more. One suggestion is that due to the fact that the breakfast will be written and send through whatsapp, we like it. But the form should have one box about when the guest expect the housekeeper to come. We don't like it much when you ring too often asking when for this and when for that. :)

The property, particularly outside is well taken care of. I really like the garden, the pool and the terraces. The breakfast is good too, very generous. Alexander takes good care of us everyday. The cleanliness of the bed and pillows is good. We really like it. Overall service is pretty amazing!

I love my stay at Santorini, however as a first timer on the island, I realise transportation and commuting was expensive, I would've been glad if I was advised right from the start to considering hiring a car if I don't mind driving. Overall it was fun.

Breakfast was amazing, the options were numerous and very healthy, would be served at location of choice, indoors or poolside. Sofia told us Greeks prefers to eat breakfast like Kings, It sure felt like it. The restaurant meals were also star quality, yum yum. The Sunset view right from the villa is glorious. The Staff were all ever so polite and helpful, Constantine, Abe, Panos and others that made our holiday at Santorini super memorable, Thank you all.

Amazing view, beautiful villa, perfect family spot! Villa had a private pool, right on the cliff with a caldera view of the sunset. Stayed there with three kids. Staff was incredible and attended to our every need. A/c and wifi worked great, which was not true of everywhere we stayed in Santorini. Staff went above and beyond to help even after we left.

Everything was perfection - from the warm and welcoming service, to the daily breakfast and help with scheduling activities. Our family of 5 (3 teenagers) stayed in Villa #2 and it was beautiful and luxurious inside and out. We visited in the height of tourist season (August 2023) and were so thrilled to have this stunning escape away from the crowds but still so close to everything on the island. We watched the sunset each evening from our deck - there is no need to go anywhere else!

Tough to find anything that wasn't great! I would have liked to see more greek dishes on the dinner menu, but there was a good variety overall. The view is outstanding, right on the caldera; however there are no pavements along the roads near the location, so walking anywhere can be a bit harrowing.

We received a wonderful reception on arrival, and the staff continued their amazingly welcoming approach throughout our stay. The service level was outstanding, and they helped us with all of our needs, from arranging transport to finding good activities to do.

The property was absolutely beautiful and upon arrival, we were greeted by Panos and his team with drinks and dessert. We arrived around 21:00, so it was a really nice surprise! Breakfast had many different options to choose from and all were delicious, delivered to our room every morning at our desired time. The weather was a bit chilly and windy, so we were appreciative of the heated pool and hot tub. We spent much of our time in the pool just admiring the amazing view around us. The sunset from the villa was incredible. The driver would take you anywhere you needed to go and pick you up as well. All around the service was impeccable and hope to go back for another perfect family vacation.

The only thing was that the weather was windy for a few days so ensue you book in the warmer months to get the most of this property.

This property was amazing but the staff were exceptional! Rania and team went above and beyond and this is the best service I have had. even after leaving Rania organised a restaurant booking in Athens! The whole team was simply exceptional and really made our stay in Santorini a dream.

The hotel staff and management are so friendly and helpful, the hotel manager Ranya visited us in our villa to welcome us and also was very helpful when all ferries were canceled because of weather conditions , she and the receptionist were extremely helpful in arranging for a helicopter transfer off the island. the hotel and is perfectly located with stunning views ,villas are beautiful, clean and spacious.

Everything about the property exceeded our expectations and my family of 5 had a wonderful time there. The villa, the phenomenal view, the food and the facilities were absolutely perfect. However what truly made a difference and our stay exceptional was the staff. A big thank you from all of us to each and every member of the Santorini Princess team. Special thanks to our hosts Constantina and Rania, who went over and above to make us feel at home and took great care of us. Thanks as well to Mohammed for making sure our evenings were a comfortable as the rest of the day and Vasilis, the best driver we could have asked for! When we hopefully come back to Santorini, there's no place we would want to stay other than Santorini Princess.
