The only concern we had in our hole stay was the morning sun. The curtains of our room, that had a wonderful east view, lacked blackout properties and the result was having a pretty bright room around 9AM. We didnt mind that much though because we programmed early beach trips every day, but for late sleepers that will be an issue.

Mosquito nets in the windows could be replaced with new ones

Magnificent views of the surrounding area and Mount Athos. Location is trully beautiful and peacful. We enjoyed our stay very much. The familly that owns the place is very helpful and kind. Pool area was a bonus in the afternoons. Rooms were big and spacious, beds were comfortable, all basic equipment was provided. We will come back!

It's a fair walk to town if you're not good on your feet, around 20mins, but we quite enjoyed the walk through the olive groves!

Accommodation was in a stunning location among olive groves - around 10 mins walk to beach, 20 to town centre. Breakfast was generous, including homemade jams and cakes/ pastries. Giannis was super welcoming, and organised a birthday cake for my partner's birthday. Definitely recommend!

A magical little hotel. The lovely owners gave us such a wonderful stay, going out their way to make us feel at home, the care in what they do is evident. The hotel is set up on the hill a short walk from Sarti town providing magnificent views and a restful atmosphere. The studio was very well equipped (the only extra that would have been helpful would be a sharp kitchen knife in the kitchenette), clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking, good wifi, easy check in. We had a brilliant time and would love to come back sometime.

It was a little bit far from Sarti for us because we didn't have a car, but we totally enjoyed walking. Also, if you don't eat at a restaurant in Sarti, you have to get some food from the supermarket because there is no store nearby.

The view is very dreamy and a great asset to the place. The breakfast was fulfilling, it had salty and sweet foods and the host was very understanding with our vegetarian diet. All in all, I totally recommend this place!

The only thing is the bees! We couldn’t have our breakfast in the garden because of the bees. It made us feel disappointed since we dreamed of having our breakfast with that amazing view. If you think bees are friendly, it wouldn’t bother you though ☺️

We literally loved this place. It is located in a very peaceful and calm spot. It is also very close to the centre (5 min by car). At first, we were afraid of being in a very rural area but it turned to be something perfect in this place. It has a great view where you can see the mountain and the sea. We felt great as we first arrived thanks to the amazing ambiance. Definitely recommended !!!

Rooms in need of renovation

The family who runs the property is making a huge effort which pays off in guest experience. Clean rooms with everything you need. Excellent views. Very good breakfast laid out just for you and not by a buffet.

Beautiful location, wonderful host, amazing breakfast great value for the money.. We spent one week here and we are like home Location. It's a little bit away from the road and crowd area of Sarti. All rooms have a nice view to Mount Athos, you can see the sunrise in the morning, and after a hot day you have the pleasure to fiind your room away from the sun and at the shadow of the hill. Also a nice pool is available for swing, look like an infinity pool.

Pure 10. It was an amazing vacation. The room was big enough for 2 adults and two kids, great beds, huge terrace. The outdoor landscaping is great, nested on the hills of their own olive groove, really authentic greek style. The pool was also amazing, you can see the sea and mount Athos. The breakfast was also absolutely delicious, homemade goodies. But what was the best thing for us was the soul you can find here, you don't feel as in a hotel, Yanis is really a great guy, helpful and funny, our daughters love him. Next year we will stay for one month.
