some airplane noise with the window open so i closed them and all was quiet. after all you might want to be close.

The bungalow was in perfect shape I couldn't ask for more. Simos the owner backs up what he says, very trustworthy and a great host too. He had fruit from his trees served, very refreshing...

Nothing everything was great.

The studio apartment is located on owners property. Simos is a great guy. The transfer to and from the garden house is done by him. Very nice friendly personable individual. The apartment has a double bed and a single. Everything is neat and clean. He takes pride in his ownership. He has multiple fruit and vegetable trees and plants on the property. His dog is wonderful friendly lovely little guy. Nothing bad to say. Highly recommend. The transfer is a 7 minute drive from airport. Quiet neighborhood and he is very accommodatlng.

Simos picked us up from the airport in the middle of the night and we woke up inside a beautiful garden with lemon trees in the morning. It’s such a friendly place and we felt at home immediately.

The house is warmth with friendly Simos and a lively dog. The house is neat and clean. Thank Simos for bringing us back from airport and taking us around for dinner and breakfast. We like the Garden House!!

The host/owner Simos is friendly and helpful and goes out of his way to help. He picked us up from the airport and dropped us back there next morning. He also gave us a lift and collected us from town so we could eat out.

One of the selling points of the house is that it is extremely convenient for the airport so don't be surprised by the noise from planes.

Simos was very friendly and was waiting to collect me at the airport despite my flight being delayed until late. There were some welcome essentials provided for breakfast. The house is in a nice garden of fruit trees and Simos and his cute dog are on hand if you need anything.

Not much to highlight, everything was good.

Simos picked us up in the airport with the car for free, and proposed to transfer us back for the departure for 10€ just to cover fuel costs. Simos was very friendly, polite, approachable and helpful. He showed us good local restaurants for dinner and called on our behalf to make the order. His dog greeted us at the entrance with lots of joy, which made us very happy.

Thank you Simos for a great stay at the garden house, saturday to sunday September 16-17 2023. We arrived in Athens airport from Stockholm, were picked up by Simos, arrived at the garden house, freshed up, went to the city to eat and see Acropolis. Then went back and slept, and subsequently flew to Naxos and then continued to Amorgos where now writing this review. Full score for place and service, value for money, and conveniance thanks to free transfer from airport, friendly service, and guidance on how to best reach the city center etc. And great conversations in the car! Nothing - everything was good!

Lovely place to stay when needing transfer to the airport the next day. Sostis was so very helpful and made sure we had dinner by stopping at any place of our choice. We chose takeaway yetis but had the option of being dropped off and picked up from a local taverna as well. Great when you are hungry and tired from travelling.

Simos was simply amazing. He welcomed us, helped us settle in and ensured we had everything we need. He was very courteous and present any time for anything we needed. He helped us with getting to the super market and suggesting a great place for breakfast. Very patient and answered all the queries we had.. very memorable stay and highly recommended if you want a stay near the airport.

Simos was super friendly and very kind. The garden house had all the ammenities needed (linen and toiletries meant I didn't need to unpack my bag) and the blockout shutters on the windows were great. The free transfer from the airport was an amazing bonus! Hector (his little puppy) was super cute and even did tricks !!!

Simos was very accomadating. He picked us up last minute from the airport and even drove us to a local market. Simos also gave us watermelon and offered us wine upon arrival. This was the perfect stay for a couple of nights.

You can hear the planes due to the proximity to the airport but it does stop during the night.

The host is so helpful and will pick you up from the airport for free! We had a car and drove, there is plenty of parking on site. The studio has everything you need and is set in a beautiful garden. Shops and the airport is about a 10 minute drive. Communication with the host was excellent and he was very friendly and kind.
