The Villa was beautiful with great sea view! Very clean and cozy, fully equipped in a great quiet location. We had a great stay and our host George was so helpful with fast responses. I totally recommend it.

The vila has a beautiful sea view. The swimming pool is fantastic! Everyday they clean the pool. The size and the high is perfect with kids.(also without kids). The host give on every request an fast response. The house has all the basic you need. There were ants but the owner quickly did something about it. This is an location in the nature so it is normal that there are ants, spiders,.... Keep this in mind if you are traveling with a baby, we brought a mosquito net. You can walk to the sea and market but we recommend to rent a car for more options and explore the island. (especially with children it is hot) The airport is driving 1 hour. We had an fantastic holiday thank you! We recommend it and would like to come back!

Large owners dog walking loose around property was a bit scary thing to see when you are coming back from day sightseeing... and location shown on booking.com was misleading...

A few small details like the drawers, shower bar or cabinets were installed in a bit of a strange way; this did nothing to hinder our great experience, however.

The Villa is very beautiful, in a quiet location and has a wonderful view!

but the house was not well prepared, there is not enough equipment in kitchen and the kitchen was not clean, toilet was leaking , washing machine is very old. and it is not secure place for children and kids, there is not railings by the stairs, it is quite in nature, and spiders around but they should do pesticide around the house. we found a huge spider in the house.

the house is comfortable for 4 person, the location is quite and nice, and it has a sea view, new clean linens, towels.

The villa needs maintenance. Many lamps of the house were not working, the check in was done with 2 hours delay, there was a very bad smell coming out from the bathroom sink. The chair of the balcony was broken. There was a shortcut of the house and all our phone chargers were burned after a noise and flame came out from the socket and even though the safety system of the electrical panel didn't activate. The beds has to be changed, cracking noisily at each turn. There was only very hot water coming out from the sink of the bathroom of the upper floor.

1. The shower did not have enough water and the pressure was almost null. 2. The apartment has 3 air conditioners but only one remote control had batteries. 3. Beds were too noisy (this is not an exaggeration). 4. Bathroom was almost dark at night. I think one more light should be installed. 5. Pillows were not cozy at all. They were too thin.

The apartment is very big. Upstairs it has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs the living room, the kitchen and a toilet. It was very clean.

Territory around the villas is neglected, not very safe for kids, no lights outside The place wasn't prepaired to handle exraordernary situations such as power outage, mobile network decline and heat above 36 degrees. We understand that the situation was unexpected for all the island citizens, and happens very rarely but we expected the hosts to support us with information and basics, such as candles & matches avaialble in the house. An extra stock of ice in the fridge would help. When host is far and there is no mobile network, if something happens there is noone to help. It would be much better if there was anyone nearby to come and show some care (there are 4 villas not just one). Water is always hot in the tap during the day as the water tank is just placed outside under the sun (you can get burned, so take shower only at night) Cleaning services are offered on request for extra charges. Changing towels and bedsheets to be requested a day in advance. It would be delightfull to find some small amount of salt, sugar, oil, pepper, coffee in the kitchen (you don't always plan to get groceries the same day as you arrive) If you plan not to rent a car, better select cooler months than august - as walking up the hill from the beech is not so easy under burning sun.

The sea view from the hill where the house is located is fantastic. Quiet place, far from noisy resorts. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious villa. Deers coming close to the house :) George was helpful and responded to our requests, assisted with getting a rental car. We were delighted with fruits ready in the fridge upon arrival.
