Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

QatarThe fact we only stayed three days. Three months would have been preferable!
Terrific waterfront location in a knockout fishing village on our favourite stretch of Cretan coast. Two beaches, a chalet-style room with a nifty kitchenette and en suite, and a sprinkling of nice places to eat and well-stocked supermarkets for days when you self cater. I could not rate this place, the property and proprietor more highly.

United KingdomWhat a beautiful place Sea Esta is, right beside the ocean, with great views and the noise of the waves, Katerina is a warm hostess and helped us with suggestions of where to swim and eat. The apartment is spacious, very clean and extremely comfortable, with everything you need for a great holiday, Milatos is an area to chill, enjoy great food, and swim in the ocean, and appreciate life. We had a great trip and shall surely return

Beautifully fitted out with everything we needed, surrounded by lots of colourful plants and trees and the sound of the waves soothing us to sleep. Our hostess was delightful, greeting us at the car and also waving us goodbye.

I fell in love with Milatos ! Katerina is a very kind host. And the flat was the best flat to stay at. The flat was better than expected, there were all we needed (laundry, fully equipped kitchen, fan, terrasse, comfortable beds etc) The location was perfectly located ! Front of the sea and close to amazing taverns (Socrates was my favorite ), sand beach, secret beach etc. You can do everything by walk (except going to the airport) If you want to rest, enjoying of the Greek food, looking beautiful sunsets and discover Crete surround by welcoming people go to Milatos !!!

RussiaOne rough stony beach just nearby and a better sandy beach in the port a bit of walk. We stayed in a windy period and couldn't swim nearby. But the view of waves smashing into the shore is excellent!
The location is better than in the photos :) We enjoyed the sea view sitting on our patio. In a radius of 50 meters one minimarket and 5 tavernas. The studio is very clean and FULLY equipped. Quiet AC, fan with the lamp on the ceiling, all necessary household appliances, stove, cookware, clothes drier stand outside. Landlady Katerina is extremely nice and helpful. Recommend for people searching for a quiet place just near the sea.
